Service was ok. Went to customer service to pick up laway item. The employee brought the item to my car.

Worst customer service ever. Cashiers should be trained more efficiently. Lack of care for customers, absolutely terrible location. Unprofessional and probably the most annoying store iv ever shopped in.

Purchased a flatware set online on 5÷18÷15 and I am still waiting on the confirmation email so I can come pick it up. I called to see if we can just go there and get it off the shelf and take it to customer service they said no. Megan the woman I spoke to was very rude and not helpful. This store sucks and I hope it goes out of business. They said my order will be ready in a week. So it takes a week for these lazy ass employees to get up off their fat asses to pull a flatware set off the shelf? Wow! DONOTSHOPHEREORORDERONLINEFORPICKUPATTHISSTORE. This Kmart may be stuck in the past but so are their prices. Do you want an inexpensive kitchen table, chairs, holiday decorations, stationary? Consider this place your go to destination. The past wasn’t so scary. You are here, right?

Another Kmart stuck in the 70’s time warp!!! Other than that, the usual merchandise and pricing. Try the one in Wall, much nicer.

Terrible Customer service! I waited for 45 minutes to buy one pair of shoes and a mother’s day card. I would recommend management to reconsider the responsibilities of their staff.
