I went to this store 10⁄26 2015 and ordered 8 pieces of dark meat legs and thighs.
When I got home they felt very wet. But I ate them anyway. I only ate 3 and saved the rest for another day. That night I had the runs with stomach pains.
I called the manager Sammy and told him, He did not care at all. I told him I would call his corporate office.
He said fine they would just ask for a doctors bill.
I did call and he was right they don’t care at ALL. I called 4 or 5 times.
Talked a woman in the complaint dept. AND SHE DID NOT CARE EITHER !!!
GO TO POPEYE’S MUCH BETTER CHICKEN !!!

I went to this place on Friday Oct. 23,2015 to get take out. They are just rude from the beginning. I went threw Drive Thru and placed order. I go to the window and the style of chicken they didn’t have ready. It was Crispy. They never have any available when I go. I don’t understand it was 6:50 pm. Why not? When you question it they say I just put some in and it will take 16 mins. I just had it with this place! I will never go to this place again. Even if they did have some ready it sucks. They are RUDE people who work there! I t is never clean and the people rather talk to each other then talk to the customer the proper way. This place need to go ! Stay away!

Not looking for much from a fast food place, but this is by far the worst KFC location I’ve ever been to.
They are always very slow, they run out of certain food items continuously, and they aren’t very courteous or nice.
I hope corporate takes a look at this location and shakes things up.

The service is very bad. I went through the drive through and they kept asking me for my order. They wouldn’t give me the order once I placed it. I couldn’t get a specific side item I had to only get the one in the picture. This is not the case at all kfc restaurants either. Better to go to others. Mi had to leave it was so bad.

Absolutely disgusting. Unclean. Last time I ordered they made me wait 10 mins for fried chicken. They also included a discount which I was pleased for. When I got home I noticed how soggy the chicken was. I called back and was offered a refund. Upon returning the food the manager said the employees didn’t drain the oil. That’s disgusting. Oil infested soggy chicken.

Honestly one of the worst KFC’s in the area. Everything is outdated, the service sucks. No one does anything and the food usually doesn’t come out right. Most people stand around not doing anything and the service is very very slow. Won’t be coming back
