This being my first time, I walked in and the place wasn’t quite as clean; they don’t clean up the hair, it seems like they don’t disinfect the hair brushes after every use, and the staff can barely speak and/or understand English. Before the lady began cutting my hair, she asked me what I wanted. I said side bangs with layers, cut off just one inch, before I even finished my sentence, she cut me off and asked me to sit down as if I asked her to choose a hairstyle for me. As the woman was cutting my hair, she was somewhat complaining about my thick, long hair, which I personally completely love. I didn’t think she was going to do anything about it because I did not ask her to. Halfway through the haircut, I noticed she was cutting shorter than what I asked her to, so I asked her to keep it at that exact length. Even after telling her numerous times, she continued cutting shorter and shorter. By the end of my haircut, both, my bangs and hair were 3 inches shorter than what I preferred. She also cut too many layers when I asked for only a few low layers. Because I didn’t get a chance to look in the mirror, I didn’t think my hair was THAT bad. However, once I got home, I noticed that she THINNEDOUTMYHAIR when I never mentioned anything about doing so. I love my thick, long hair and she ruined both of those things. What frustrates me is the fact that she didn’t even ask about doing so. Now that half of my hair is thinned out, it has more split ends than usual and it is also harder to curl. Overall, the stylists at this salon DONOT follow what you request to them, but instead, they do whatever they want and like. I was charged about $ 20 which is not bad, but I would rather have paid $ 50 for someone who would actually listen to what I preferred.

First and foremost, I’m super super picky and observant about my eyebrows… If my eyebrows are ugly, I never ever want to leave the house, unfortunately this salon did a HORRIBLE job!!! My mom offered to pay for wax so I said yes especially since they were looking like caterpillars. Anyway, I thought she was doing a fine job until I saw the finish product. Ridiculously horrendous job! They were so thin. I literally walked out crying.

I’m a person who loves my hair. I hate when people even touch it, for years I cut my own hair or other salons mess it up and I become disappointed. However, I found this place two years ago and I’ve been coming here ever since. They did my hair for classy events, cut my hair and they have also dyed my hair before. They are super friendly and I’m definitely coming back.

Got my hair done at least 4 times at this salon and they were all different experiences. 1st time: Since my Mom is a regular at this salon, she recommended that I’d get highlights done by Hannah. She did an awesome job and I left pretty satisfied. $ 110 for full color + the highlights. 2nd time: Came back about 5 months later to retouch my roots and I also wanted to add more highlights. Hannah did my hair once again and this time, she messed up. She forgot to color my roots before adding more highlights! My hair was literally 3 different colors; light brown, blonde, and black. I just brushed it off and dealt with it because I really liked what she had done the first time she ever did my hair. 3rd time: I died my hair back to black after I had highlights since I was pregnant. But right after I gave birth, I decided to go back to highlights. Came back here to get my hair done once again and let me tell you… Hannah messed up BIGTIME. It was so horrible! I showed her a picture of the previous work she had done and told her I wanted my hair to be the exact same way it was before. When she started doing my hair, I realized that she forgot to dye my hair light brown. She went straight for the highlights and was rushing so much because they were about to close. I told her that I wanted her to dye my hair a lighter color before the highlights and she said that she didn’t need to since my hair was supposedly already a light brown, which wasn’t. We argued for a bit because I wasn’t happy and she kept insisting that I should just come back another time to go lighter. Since she already put my highlights in, she did the best she could to go around them with the hair dye. I already knew that my hair was not going to turn out how I wanted it to. I mean, she was rushing like crazy! After she washed my hair and all that, I looked in the mirror and my hair was freakin’ orange! You couldn’t even see the highlights because it all blended in with the hair dye. She was trying to sugarcoat everything saying it looked good when it clearly didn’t. She was just trying to get me out of there because I was the last customer. I was beyond pissed and on top of that, I had to pay $ 120 for a crappy job. More than what I had to pay the first time I came in, really? –_– 4th time: I told Hannah that I was not happy with her work so she fixed it. Dyed my hair back to a darker brown then added highlights. She was STILL rushing and she didn’t even add that much highlights like I wanted her too. Had to pay another $ 40 just to fix my hair. NEVER coming back here again after the 4th experience. Also, they only have one worker that does nails with a very small selection of cheap branded nail polish that looks over 10 yrs old. DONOTCOMEHERE!

I can’t believe my mom is a regular at this salon… My mom wanted to get our nails done together so I gladly came along… Looking forward to a girls day of pampering turned out to be the WORST manicure I have EVER gotten! I DONOT recommend this place to anyone… The people who do the manicures are primarily hairstylists. I literally had 3 different people work on my nails between patients as they came in for a haircuts. Please review the pictures I’ve posted, you will understand what I am talking about. The people who work here do not understand what I want and just do what they want. Think twice before coming here and expecting great service. Don’t come here.

I went to them the day after I recieved a terrible haircut somewhere else. I went in very upset about my situation, explained what happened; & showed them a pic of what I wanted. They took the time to hear me out and explained what they could do to fix my hair. End result? I ended up leaving w/a fabulous new hair-do that ‘Ive recieved multiple compliments on. They are professional and the price is more than resonable. I just found my new hair salon. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone whose looking for a great hair salon that charges a fair price.

Been a regular here for almost a year. Very professional, excellent haircuts, and super cheap($ 10). I’m very picky with u fades and tapers, and they never forget my style. I love supporting local businesses that understand the true concept of customer service.
