Rena and all the girls that work (have worked) there are awesome. Place is always stocked nicely, neatly and clean. I’ve been to many Cosmo Profs, I’m glad this one is close to home.

I went in so I could ask a couple questions about how to get a new card the lady that was in the register was super rude really sarcastic she was helping another lady in front of me I told her I would wait till she was done but she insisted I asked basically she embarrassed me never going back to that Cosmo prof I’d rather drive a longer distance than to get poor costumer service again.

Its a great store with amazing products my hair has never been this healthy the employee’s who are mainly their which are Anna and Jennica are wonderful and I wouldnt trust any one else to help me with my hair.

Great staff — Jennica& Anna are my favs. I went to school w both of them and they’re very dedicated and knowledgable about the products. They help me w everything I need, and keep me open to things I’ve never tried before and I trust their judgement on everything. What I love the most is how pro active they are when it comes to customer service, they know all the promotions and apply them to my relevant purchases. You NEVER get that kind of service at Sally’s.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Best Cosmo prof in the area! The girls who work here are so sweet and helpful & never try to pressure you into buying anything! Ive been to other locations where the ladies are rude & sound like they are annoyed whenever you ask them any questions but not here :)

So thankful that this Cosmoprof is only 5 minutes away from my house. And the workers are always so nice and helpful! Definitely better than the other Cosmoprofs I’ve been too. Plus they’re so organized it’s almost impossible to NOT find what you’re looking for! :)

Love this location. Although smaller in space compared to other locations I’ve been to, it’s the cleanest and the people working here are the most helpful people ever. Jenna&Rena (sp? Sorry) I always bombard them with questions and they answer me patiently. Plus it’s so close to my house. Parking can be tight sometimes because it’s a small plaza that is skinny and long shared with strawhat pizza, butterfly lounge, Starbucks and other various of businesses.

This is the only Cosmo Prof I will go to!!! Seriously. This is the best one in the Bay Area. Why you ask? It’s the only one that doesn’t have boxes everywhere blocking the isles. It’s always clean. The shelves are always stocked with products and they always have color! Everyone that works there always greets you when you walk in, they always ask if you need help finding anything.
I dread going to Dublin if it’s an emergency and I always regret not stopping at the Hayward location on the way to work. Great job keeping the store up! I would give 10 stars if I could.
