Finally! I can write a 5-​star review! My God, my God! Halleluja!
Ok, as always, tellin’ it to ya straight:
1.) EARLY. These guys are quick. They process that order and get to work. I expect to at least wait about 30 minutes. These guys showed up in 23!!! Twenty… three minutes. Freakin’ outstanding, because I was HANGRY! :-)
2.) The food was quality, very tasty and hot. The sodium content is a bit high on your dough, watch it, it’s almost but not quite, too salty for pizza; a bit heavy on the sauce for thin pizza, BUT it is good. Dominos and Pizza Hut are far from parallel to your quality.
3.) I always tip the delivery guys well because they are very courteous and don’t have dreadful personalities as if they hate where they work. I guess PJ is treating them well!
4.) Those chicken poppers… I didn’t even know chicken could taste so tender and good! I don’t believe it! I’ll have to order that one again! The brownie, I think that came from heaven or something, or you guys cheated! It was freakin DELICIOUS!
I wrote this review after two delivery orders. I always make a second order before I write to check for some kind of consistency. I’ll update this accordingly if anything changes in future orders!

Me and my son accidentally ordered 2 pizzas using the online ordering, and only wanted one. I called, and Antoinette handled everything perfectly. Pizza arrived in a timely manner, and was very fresh, just the way we wanted it. Thanks again Antoinette!

My four-​year-​old son and I were on our date and I saw the $ 5.99 small pizza with the soda deal. Great deal cause it’s a good size pizza. Jasmine helped me with my order and I haven’t had customer service like that in a long time. She was super friendly and will definitely go back to this place.

This was a really bad experience this time. The manager tonight was not at all helpful. Pizza delivered had little slivers of nearly raw onion through the Luau Hawaiian. Nothing on the website said there was onion in this pizza. Made my daughter sick. They delivered the wrong dessert too. The manager tonight would only say they always put onion in that pizza, she didn’t know what the website said, and could not get a correct order delivered for an hour and a half, after we expected to be in bed. She was less than polite, had attitude, and could only refund money. Doesn’t help our stomachs, and will discourage us from using Papa John’s in the future.

My kids love this pizza and their wings. I order online and it shows up within 30 minutes or less. You order enough you get points for free stuff and add your email account you get coupons for discounts.

So far this location has been great. Definitely better than the other Hayward location. The reason for the missing star is because they do not have the ranch sauce for the pizzas. That means they don’t offer the Papa Johns Chicken and Garlic Specialty pizza. Hopefully the end up adding it to their menu.

Big fan of papa johns for years! Favorite pizza! How in the hell did Papa Johns get a 4 star rating on Unilocal.C’mon people. Quit screwing up the Unilocal system. Alright, I ordered one of those $ 12 4 toppings pizza. When I got it home, I could not tell if any toppings were on it because they were smothered in cheese. Kind of nasty. So then I pull a piece out and take a bite. Crust was doughy and not cooked enough. The flavor of the pizza itself was bland. I have had better pizza bought frozen from a supermarket. You people bumping the ratings up for crappy pizza should be banned from Unilocal

Haven’t been to Papa Johns in a while. Decided to go here just because of its convenience and the $ 6 lunch deal. My pizza was underdone the crust was gooey.

I’m only giving it 5 stars for their manager Shawn I hope is spelled like that. I ordered there twice worst thing delivery we ordered over $ 80 and the food was cold and they forgot our drinks. Second Time I did pick up when I showed up my order wasn’t even in they’re system. I was so upset but Shawn came over and helped the cashier apologized and he personally did my pizza and with no attitude he was super nice keeped his cool and a smile on his face and not the I hate you smile but a sincere kind. He had my pizza ready fast he deserves 5 stars the place ZERO. Thank you so much hope this place gets more people like him

I wish I didn’t have to give them a one star. Apart from the lady over the phone they totally f****d my order. Meat wasn’t cooked and asked my pizza on white sauce and I don’t see any white sauce. I totally mentioned to the lady this is my first time ordering from papa johns and I wonder if this the industry standard at all papa johns. Pictures also posted.

So I called to place a order and a man answered and said can I put you on hold and I said yes, while I’m on hold for about 5mins another person picks up a women and said pick up or delivery and I said pick up. So she just of out me on hold without saying anything. I was on hold for another 5 mins the hunt up. I drove to the pizza place to order in person and a black guy was placing my order and I asked for bacon and pepperoni. So it took about 20 mins to make (kinda long for a small). When I got home the pizza had extra stuff on it like ham. I didn’t order ham ! Definitely not going back here .!

Decent pizza joint! I was in between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately went to 3 because it is pretty pricey for a specialty pizza compared to some of the others that I love. 3 stars is still a good rating in my book and I look forward to trying them again.
The garlic knots are awesome and you get to pick a dipping sauce which is nice. I also love the garlic dipping sauce that comes with the pizza so you can enjoy your crust in a way that is different from most places.
My least favorite thing, and this is totally a pizza preference, is that they seem to put all the toppings under the cheese. I like a place that kind of mixes it all together so that the cheese does not make it to top heavy and cause the whole topping/​cheese combo to fall off the crust. If you have ever experienced this you know exactly what I am talking about.
Overall, great customer service, good food and you can shop nearby if you walk in and place your order to go. Good addition to the neighborhood!
