Express Pizza

I used to live right next to this spot over five years ago and finally came back to try it out again and let me tell you I am not dissapointed this is still one of my fav pizza spots the taste is awesome!!!

I first ordered here about 2 years ago it was really good back then, nowadays it’s not that good anymore the customer service is the worst especially when you call to place an order for delivery. It’s like the soup nazi he is hella rude he answers the phone with anger I don’t know what his problem is. I own a business myself but when I get calls I’m in a good mood usually that means your busy and making $. Anyways the food ain’t that good anymore that’s why I don’t deal with the soup nazi anymore I’m more of a Costco take and bake guy now, the kids love and that’s all that matters.

Decent customer service with accurate delivery times. The place is in my neighborhood, affordable and consistently delicious. The drivers come quickly if you tip well! My pizza from here is always hot!

Best pizza I’ve had in a LONG time. They included salsa packets with the pizza, which was all too delicious. I recommend picking up the pizza, they are good and get swamped.

Fast delivery. Wonderful pizza. Lots of cheese and pepperoni which I don’t need but it was so nice to have. Awesome service. Quick delivery. Will order again!

I have been ordering pizza from this place for almost a decade, yet now the pizza we ordered were terrible! Hawaiian, combination and Greek pizza. The cheese seemed different, as well as the dough and ingredients, I’m guessing they got cheaper products.
What was more discussing was the bone my girlfriend down on her pizza! She found it on the Greek pizza, which has now meat what so ever. And the bone looks so small to be from chicken. I’m thinking it was a rat!!! Last time!!! This sure wasn’t a chicken bone, never again

I am appalled by their service. My pizza was 2 hours late, cold, they forgot my cheesy crust and when it came it was not meat lovers it was half combination half pepperoni. The man on the phone yelled at me and told me i was complaining too much. But how can i not when my entire order was wrong?

This place makes by far the best Pizza in the area. I normally order Chicken Supreme and every time it is just as delicious as the last one. Love them!

Extremely rude no kind of customer service. I called and the guy says hurry up within 15 seconds of answering the phone. when I asked about pesto combina to on pizza the guy gets an attitude sa ft ING come on hurry up I’m a busy man. I’ve eaten here before the food is OK for the cheap price most of the time but they have been showing more and more disdain towards phone orders… I’m taking my business to NEW YORK PIZZA… better pizza and better employees.

This review is about the Fish & Chips mostly, which I ordered with a side salad for pickup on eat24 without checking reviews here, my mistake.
The fish itself (most important item for me) came in 3 pieces, was mediocre and poor tasting, I ate half of one piece and threw the rest in the garbage, the fries were just ok, salad was decent for a side and they did give extra Blue Cheese dressing.
I was looking for a confirmation from the app as to when it would be ready but it just said between 10 — 35 minutes so I guessed in the middle, and fortunately my order was ready when I arrived. I give them an extra star for being ready when I got there, but I’ll look elsewhere for fish & chips.

I love the pizza. Everything that isn’t pizza ranges from «meh» (chicken wings) to «horrible» (the gyros are inedible)

Pizza is filled with tons of sugar and gluten hence the «deliciousness!» Very poor quality in my opinion, pizzery is kept very dirty. I saw the worker prep without washing his hands and when i asked for no ham, he made it with ham, and instead of making a new one he took the pieces of pork off with his hands and said he cant make a new one. i can only imagine how they conduct in the kitchen!!!
Id rather invest my food money in a place that takes pride in quality of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle. but considering the location people settle for this junk!

I will admit that Express Pizza has very good pizza, and this is the only reason I have remained a customer for as long as I have and why there’s one star. Every time I call to order the staff is rude… NOT A LITTLE RUDE mind you, but «laugh-​at-​your-​order, interrupts-while-I’m-speaking, hangs-up-before-I’m-even-done» kinda rude. Our family always argues over who has to call and speak with the staff because no one wants to. BUT, the pizza is really good which is why we alway hang in there. But after tonight we will not be ordering from here again. My sister ordered a pizza with white sauce, and the woman on the phone did not repeat her order so my sister repeated and reiterated we wanted white sauce only, she laughed and said «yeah, I’ll make sure to do that.» Weird, but again not out of the ordinary as service is never great. After an hour we got our pizza and… it had red sauce and was all smashed up. When we called and let them know they said they could send another pizza, (the pizza we actually ordered) but they didn’t know when it would get there… what??? After waiting for over an hour we had to wait who-​knows-​how-​long for another pizza, and then we asked if we kept the wrong pizza could we get a refund or a discount. The man, excuse me the manager named «Tony» accused us of trying to get a free pizza. Excuse me, I had already paid for my pizza it just wasn’t the right one. We argued back and forth and he wouldn’t help us out in any way… we had to pay full price to get them to deliver the right pizza but wait till they had time to deliver it or just keep the wrong one and again they would keep all of our money. Mind you, the pizza was half smashed up and again they felt no responsibility to make this right unless we want to pay full price. When I pay for a meal I expect to get what I paid for, after 90 minutes… and $ 40 we needed up with a smashed pizza, the wrong toppings and we are currently waiting on them to come pick up the pizza as this is the only way we would get a dime back, by the way… it’s been more than 2 hours. Honestly, just pick a different place, I really wish I had… it’s not worth it. I won’t give my money to these people anymore, you shouldn’t either.

First of all to the «owner» of express pizza let me first of all say that you TONY, if that is even your real name, are truly the most low down, uneducated, unprofessional, disrespectful person I have ever encountered. You have no respect for customer service, and frankly it’s scary that you even own a business. The fact that other people on Unilocal have rated your establishment as low as they have just proves your lack of professionalism. You are rude and the fact that you think you can speak to your customers with such disrespect is funny. I’m sorry you hate your life, people and pizza apparently, but honestly then go home and call it a day don’t take it out on your customers, since with out us you wouldn’t earn a living. You must truly live a sad and pathetic excuse for a life and I feel sorry for you. I truly for your sake hope that karma does not exist.
Now to you poor chaps reading this article, if you are that is, please I beg of you reconsider this truly dreadful excuse for a business. Don’t make the same mistake that my family and so many other Unilocalers have made. First of all I called express pizza wanting it to be delivered, the girl that answered the phone was the usual «I don’t give a shit about my job» kind of girl, I said my order and when I tried to get her to read back my order she said «yeah yeah yeah I got it»… So let me explain something to you sweetheart. When you say that make sure your smart enough to take an order correctly otherwise you look like a twit. Not only does the pizza take over an hour and a half to get here but when it does it’s NOT the right pizza and it’s smashed and looks like someone already took a few slices. When I call them to ask them about this, TONY rudely answers «what about the pizza». Which first of all you are supposed to be the manager, have a little class and speak to me like a human being. When I explain to him what happened he’s like «well what do you want then»? Seriously? I want nothing to do with you and your piece of crap shack you call a pizza place. I hope they shut you down. You deserve it.

I ordered 3 King Kong sized pizzas for my classroom. 2 of the three were half crunched up. The delivery guy did not leave plates or a receipt. He returned shortly from his car with some plates after I chased behind him.
Later that day, he returned with a receipt and didn’t care about the pizza being smashed up. The smashed up halves were still remaining in the box upon his return. I will not order from them again and I will be sharing my experience with the entire school staff.
On a positive note, the pizza was delivered on time.

Ordered a large gourmet pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 25 minutes (I live around the corner). An hour and a half later a medium vegetarian pizza arrived at my house. When I called to find out what the deal was I was treated like shit. Never going back,

I normally order from Round Table but tried Express Pizza at my moms and it was pretty good. Ordered a few times and the consistency just is not there. Three times a charm and today will be my last time ordering Express Pizza. Not only was the person on the phone unhelpful, the order arrived incomplete, I couldn’t tell if the pizza was pepperoni or cheese, and it was extremely greasy. Our time is up and I definitely don’t recommend Express Pizza spend the extra money and go Round Table.
