Americana Pizza & Taqueria

I have been here on several occasions with my boyfriend and honestly, they make the best food ever. I usually order their Chicken Fettuccine because it is the most appetizing pasta I have ever had in my life! I’m not being drastic either. It is cooked to perfection with rich, creamy Alfredo sauce. Their pastas seriously put all the other pasta places to shame. Super affordable for high quality foods. Plus, the owners are very sweet.
And if you ever get the chance, try their Chicken Alfredo Nachos. They are so dank and will leave you in food coma for days. You won’t even want to look at other foods for the rest of the night. I love Americana’s! I give this place a solid 5 stars, hands down.

I order burritos and got nachos. It was suppose to be grilled steak but got very very Very dry chicken. It felt like chewing bubble gum that I couldn’t swallow.

The carnitas pizza and carne asada fries are bomb.

Idk what peoples fuss is all about. Americana opens late! Where else you going to get this food at 2am? Fries nacho is what I get and is usually consistent. Reccomend it without the beans. Pizza is better if you order fresh of course but not bad for pizza by the slice.

Love the Brazilian pizza that they invented. A good combination of bacon, pesto, mozzarella cheese and etc. The price is very reasonable for a good handful pizza.

Horrible food ate there pizza and threw up right after, they don’t even deserve one star. Bad quality food. I suggest you reconsider this place and go somewhere else because this place sucks. Yea I’m writing this review sitting on the toilet miserable because that’s what your food did to me.

TALK ABOUT A CHEAP EAT!
Wowzers! This is definitely what Hayward needed right downtown. A food spot that opens 7 days a week from 9AM-4AM.That’s damn near all day and all night and they have it all on their menu. This is the best late night spot in downtown Hayward, need I say more!
SEATING:
It’s a small little gem so don’t be too surprised. It has about 3 tables and 9 chairs.
FOOD:
They offer all the good food here from Tacos, pizza, chicken wings, pasta OMG! Am I dreaming or am I REALLY saying this? Pizza, Tacos and Pasta all in one little restaurant! WHAT?! My favorites so far are there:
~Cinco de Mayo Pizza
~Shrimp Tacos
~Super Nachos Chile Verde
~Spaghetti and Carnitas
The menu is so huge here it literally might take me a whole year to taste everything thwy have to offer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Just like their food the customer service is AMAZINGLY GREAT! I was greeted by Luciano the manager and I have to admit he was a sweetheart! I was torn on what I wanted at 12 in the morning and went ahead and ordered the tacos. Although you are not able to mix and match your tacos as they have set prices Luciano still catered to my hunger need and mixed and matched my tacos for me at the same price.
I truly am expressed by this restaurant and I can honestly say I love Americana Pizza. Their open late… no delivery charge, reasonable pricings, and more importantly, good pizza.
Whether you’re ordering a slice or a whole pie, you’re going to get your money’s worth and your taste buds won’t be disappointed. If you ask me if I recommend my answer would DEFINITLY be YES!
FAST FOOD TIPS:
**They do NOT accept online orders so you have to call in but trust me it’s all worth it. They have fast delivery and more importantly good pizza.

Good pizza when I went in and their other food is frozen, so I mean you get what you pay for. The food is decent for the frozen part of it and they are open late, which helps when you are drunk af. This isn’t the place for high quality food though

The website say there open til 4am. Not true there only open til 3am.
The site also say its only $ 10 minimum also not true. It changes from $ 20-​$ 30.
The food is good. The service is not.
I orderd from there at 12:39am. At 2:30 I called and the told me they where closed.
I asked what happend to my food and they said that they called and knocked on my door.
That was a lie. I sat outside for an 1hr 30mins before I called them back.
Never ordering from them again! No one like to wait hella long and no one like to be lied to or decived.

It doesn’t matter what time of day they always come thru! Once late after hours second time was delivery. Plenty of menu options, Great tasting food, large portions, and friendly service… What more can you ask for; I have no complaints!

Two stars bc they deliver food was mediocre. How can you mess up a quesadilla De carne asada? And pico De gallo was very dry… I took a few bites and didn’t finish the rest, my friends were also not happy with the food. Not sure I wanna try anything else.

I order what I wanted and it was under the $ 20 minimum so I added something to meet the requirement for delivery to Hayward. According to the website, is actually $ 10 minimum, but okay, I’m starving and money ain’t ever been that serious when it comes to eating. I put in my order over the phone and I’m thinking «alright cool in an hour, I’ll finally have my food, hallelujah.»
PLOT TWIST: they call me back fifteen minutes after I finalized my order to tell me that the minimum for Hayward is $ 30. Cancelled my order thankfully and bouta spend their «could have been» money on some bomb ass Taco Bell for joog and not deal with this bullshit.

Open till 4, Pshhh… I ain’t even mad. Ok, sometimes it may take a while but who else delivers at 4 am?
They have a large menu. Very large which can be overwhelming, and it’s not gourmet… But it’s not complete garbage either… it’s definitely good for lazy nights when I don’t want to cook and one kid wants pizza, another fish and chips and my fiancé wants carne asada fries… Whatever works

I swear I have been here like 8 times now and still the only thing on hit in this menu is there super carnitas nachos
Chicken fettuccine is oily. Tacos asada are dry. Chicken flauta gross, spit it out. I will continue to go there for nachos only

I really hate writing bad reviews; but the guy taking phone orders definitely deserves it.
Very rude and sarcastic I just can put up with bad customer service. This is the 2^nd time he’s rude over the phone. I tried to tell him to calm down and stop screaming, but he just kept talking.
It’s shame because although the food was just okay, we phoned a $ 30 order twice a week.

me: can I order carne asade fries?
Server:what kind of meat? Oh wait.

Definitely better than other burrito places I’ve been to. They are still huge burritos, with lot of meat. Food ordered for a late lunch (1:50pm) arrived at a very reasonable time, before 2:30pm to San Leandro. The food was fresher this time (although last time was not bad). Oh and the chips were not stale: D
My friend ordered the enchiladas. He said they were not bad, but lackluster compared to the burritos. I had myself a taste and I agree, they weren’t bad just not good, I think it’s the sauce, it lacked flavor plus it didn’t have any cheese.
We ordered the meat quesadilla again and it was very good, extremely cheesy.
PS Try the burritos with Mikes Hard Blood Orange.

We’ve had some issues with our orders before, but this is the last I will tolerate because of the manager’s attitude.
Phoned the order in at 8:47, for a half of this and half of that X-​LARGE pizza, and was told the wait would be 45 mins to an hour. It didn’t get here until 10:10, almost an hour and a half. Also, there is a large stripe down the middle of just cheese, no toppings. (See picture)
Called and spoke to the manager, and he says he will replace the pizza but we have to bring this one back and pick up the new one because we are «too far away». Wtf? Really? I’m on disability, I’m on a lot of meds right now and if I could DRIVE at the moment, don’t you think I would have done that in the first place?
He could have offered a small free pizza at our next order, which would have satisfied me, because that would show that they had SOME sense of customer service and cared about our business.
