First time i seen this little stand inside Southland Mall I knew I had to get something So I got a Mocha Frap. It was really good. I loved it Second time, I order the same thing(different day) Got the wrong one. I think she had giving me A Mocha Latte. Which I did not make a huge scene about it. But I feel like the workers can be a little more friendly. It’s like they want you to hurry up and order and then leave.

Nothing special. I got an iced white mocha and it tasted like milk with a scoop of chocolate in it… I felt like a child drinking my chocolate milk lol. I did get a frappé a few weeks ago and it was decent. Probably won’t be coming back unless they change the ingredients. Cinnabon on the other side of the mall has way tastier drinks!

Came on a Monday at 5:30pm and did not appreciate the customer service provided by Maria. She was laughing with her coworker the entire time as she was taking my order, making me unsure if she was actually addressing me, and immediately after payment, as she was getting my cookies, she forgot what cookies I had paid for. The cookies are not spectacularly impressive, but did quell my cookie craving.

Service is always slow. The employees just don’t care. Saw one on the phone and another going through their purse. didn’t even acknowledge customers

The service was mediocre, most of the girls didn’t know what they were doing. They all looked lost and not friendly. They also gave me the wrong crêpe even after asking me multiple times which one I wanted and also the smoothies are too small for the price.

This place recently opened and it’s honestly nothing spectacular. I got an ice cream cookie sandwich(You can choose the type of cookie and ice cream you want) with peanut butter cookies and mint chocolate chip ice cream. It was average tasting, something you can probably just make at home yourself. It costed around $ 5, which wasn’t bad for the amount of ice cream and the size of the cookie. I wasn’t really impressed with anything, so I’m pretty sure I’d still go to Mrs. Field’s instead. Sorry Nestle.

We stumbled into this dessert kiosk by accident, after having a nice dinner at Hang Ten Boiler. Since H10 lacks a dessert menu, the logical thing to is to wander into the mall. Upon making a right turn out the door, this large dessert booth caught our eye. They have a good display of various cookies, cake, and of course ice cream. Flavors available were pretty basic(our group got French Vanilla, Mint Choco Chip, and Mocha Almond Fudge). They do give a pretty good-sized scoop. I’m not a big ice cream connoisseur — its not Blue Bell(Texas), Ben and Jerry’s, or Baskin Robbins but Nestle did hit the spot and they’re convenient! Plenty of places to sit, which is a big plus.
