Piercing Pagoda

The Ladies that work here are extremely nice and helpful. I always find something nice here, specially during sale days. I always buy the warranty just in case and it always comes in handy! They Have great customer service and work quickly to service all of their visitors!

I took my 6 month old today to get her ears pierced. The girl who helped us was very friendly and patient with my little girl. And the same with the couple before us that took their little baby to get her ears pierced as well. Good and fast service.

This place was AMAZING !!! Their customer service was great the lady who helped me out was very patient even tho I didn’t know exactly what I wanted! She made great suggestions knew her product and made my gift extra special! I would definitely be back for any other gifts ill need and highly suggest it for ear piercing while I was there a little girl was getting her ears pierced and they did a great job with the little girls piercing! Their very nice and great with kids!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. Had me wait over 30 minutes before helping me return an item.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!
I cannot say it enough… the girl working wasn’t too helpful, I usually go to hot topic for my nose or lip rings but Southland took theirs out and I was in town for a night so I needed it urgently. Never being here before the prices looked decent and they were even running a buy one get one half off special I went ahead and purchased 3 in 1 nose L shaped nose rings and decided to look for a lip ring also in case I wanted to put mine back in for a little… I proceeded to look and found one that looked a decent price and you could only see the front so I figured it’d be a good size and what not. I went ahead and bought them came out to about $ 15 dollars which isn’t bad because that’s how much I pay for nose rings alone at hot topic so I figured it was a good price I was wrong… I’ve had my nose pierced for a year now and they fit terribly!!! They suck I put it in and it kept coming out that night I went to bed and it fell out and got lost, then I went to try the lip piercing and after taking it out I realized it’s plastic!!! WTH!!! The part that goes in your lip is plastic didn’t realize when I bought it and it wouldn’t go in so big waste it’s like having a small cut up straw going through your lip! soooo no bueno! and on top of that I have a small bump inside my nose now from these new nose rings which means their jewelry condition sucks and irritates your skin!!! BOTTOM LINE DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM PIERCING PAGODA!!!
