Good place for breakfast. specially for on the go, Opens at 5am, In and out in just a few minutes, and is pretty close to where i live. Coffee is cheap($ 1 for any size) and is better than some starbucks brew imo. im a coffee drinker(no cream no sugar. Ruins the flavor if u ask me :)…) so i know how coffee SHOULD taste like. Only thing keeping this place for getting a 5 star from me is that i’ve experienced multiple errors on my orders from this place. And being a busy person. i can’t really go back everytime and have them fix it for me.

Came by after work, starving and ordered a mcdouble a large fries and a soda. THISISTHEWORSTMCDONALDSEVER! My fries were barely even halfway full when I opened the bag at home and they were cold! I only live 5 minutes away too. Usually I’m a big fan of McDonald’s since I’ve been eating there ever since I was a child but since the prices have risen and experiences like this, I don’t think I’ll go again. Id rather go across the street to Carl’s Jr. Or drive the extra half mile to Burger King.

Food at McDonald’s are pretty much the same or close. There wasn’t any problem in terms of the food here. Each year there is a Monopoly promotion. Buying certain things can get free food like fries. A grumpy lady working there made a fuss when trying to redeem one of the monopoly pieces for the fries. If they are having Monopoly promotions to attract sales, they should be aware of rewards they are giving out.

Picking up the orders at drive thru then kindly ask the employee for couple water as well, she grunted and told me to order them in before the window… huh?! Isnt this a drive thru window? Then she left out my hashbrowns… horrible!

Mcdonald’s is a primary source of caffeine for me since parking is easy, price is right. usuallly in and out in minutes unless they are really busy or staff is slow. brew: coffee(1) –not the best but better than 7 – 11’s various blends.(most times) drips: –mcdonald’s has mostly happy, compentent staff now.

Customer service for this location is there & I’m a definite fan of the All day breakfast situation. Because let’s face it, McDonald’s hashbrowns are wonderful at anytime of day! But serious question or do I need my eyeglass prescription altered… do they still serve McGriddles?! My Sausage Mcgriddle lovin’ heart can’t take it if they don’t…jk but with all seriousness, do they? So that’s not my reason for the two star rating. It was more so… the french fries. It made me kind of sad that the french fries served were not piping hot and still tasted good, but were definitely not served fresh and they didn’t fill out medium and large fries to the brim. Not sure if that’s a requirement… but it’s always nice to have. Overall, I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. This isn’t a bad spot to get your french fry, soft serve, or mcflurry on either but probably not my favorite if I have to be honest but that’s because this whole french fry situation made me sad.

Thee worst McDonald’s I have even been too. Since they were under staffed they were all rushing so bad that they messed up not only my order but everyone else. The cashier gave me the wrong change, there was no ketchup and everyones fries were brown because they were burnt. On top of that all the employees were all rude. Never going to this McDonald’s again.

Very very poor service and never update their meals and limited options that they have and didn’t follow same as other McDonald’s I went there twice one in the morning and one in the evening. In the morning I order white eggs #4… They said I can’t have white eggs on that number. I never have problem at other few McDonald’s. In the evening. I order steakhouse burger ranch meal. They said they don’t have it and I see that on menu and they said they don’t serve. Bad news. They didn’t update. And they refuse serve me at all. So fawk that and I go to other mxdonalds to get me same order. They serve me perfect.

Need to review your receipt and your order! Specially when you are ordering on their drive thru window! The manager was very helpful & very protective to his employee… He’s blaming the computer instead of the mistake they did. He didn’t apologize to me at all & trying to explain to me that the computer made a mistake not them! REALLY?!? Mr. Manager you have to check your employee more than you check your computer coz your employee is the one dictating your computer what to do!

Seriously guys and girls don’t come here ever! I live in the Jackson Area of hayward and my wife picked up some food on the way home. She asks me what would you like and me not really in the mood for anything said just get me a Big Mac or something so she stops by this location and to her surprise when she gets home with all the food and we check it to make sure it’s all there. Guess what? My Big Mac has only one patty and so does hers. Now the soda has no carbonation and the ice coffee is plain when she asked for hazelnut just a bad experience.

The other person that was with me(no names) ordered something similiar. Ask the lady for some ranch for our meals, gave use one packet. What we supposed to do with this? Smh.

Fyi im writting this out of frustration. Im not going to mcdonalds to eat healthy or even quality food. Im going for pure convenience. However when I order two EGG mcmuffins and you give me two sausage mcmuffins and tell me they are the same thing and go on about its whats on my receipt then im done. At that moment ive lost so many brain cells trying to explain the difference between the two sandwiches as you go on and on about price… omg I dont care how much they are give me what I want. I left with two sausage muffins I had no time for that. Drive thru guy was rude and the lady who gave me the food was an idiot. Now I know why I go to the A street one. Ps. They charge 4 $ for a egg mcmuffin.

Disgusting. Is all I can say! Absolutely grouse. My son was starving and decided to eat a chicken sandwich and ordered. OMG, how old was the chicken! Yuck! Yuck! I know it’s fast food but come on. When my son went up to tell her about the chicken she said sorry that’s all we have. What? The chicken had been sitting their for a while. I would never ever ever come back! When the manager says it might have something to do with the oil. Try if you want old chicken

It’s not their fault that the«$ 1» menu isn’t all a dollar anymore at this location, as I know prices vary by location but you can at least not be super cheap on your fries. I swear only McDonald’s is shiesty on their fries, guess they gotta make up for all those $ 1 any size drinks. Maybe the fries person needs to go back to fry packing school, and since EVERYONE, including managers, packs fries, ALL employees should go to training! You only get a «full» size of fries if you order the small, otherwise you get a «small» size fries in all other sizes. They are never filled to the top of the container. Whether you get a medium or large size fries the are filled to about the same spot in both, pic included.

The overall rating for this location is low(2.5 stars), but I actually like it. I have to be honest and say that I didn’t expect much, though. It’s much bigger inside than I thought. The seating capacity is over 70. This location looks and feels new. I was also surprised by that. The holiday decorations are a bit minimal, but otherwise nice. The blue balls make me think of something else, but that’s another story(I’m not sure if my wife will laugh or smack me– I’ll be ready either way). My cashier wasn’t super friendly, but she was attentive and thorough. I only had to wait about 2 minutes for my order(the guy near me started to head to the counter when my number was called– not so fast, buddy). There’s a sign asking you not to lean on the rail. It’s for«decorative purposes» only. Okay(I actually backed off the rail when I saw the sign). The area by the counter could have been designed better. It’s just weird how far to the left you have to go while waiting for your order. The menu is very large and colorful. A big TV also displays menu selections. The fountain machine is large. There are 12 selections to choose from, including water. I also like that the area is spacious(it’s a bit odd, though, that the straws aren’t closer to the machine). The parking lot is a bit small, but otherwise fine. Drinks of any size are only $ 1 now. This includes sweet tea and coffee. Like at other locations, the hours are great. The restaurant opens at 5 or 6 a.m. daily, and usually closes at 1 a.m. Arch Cards are sold here, and there’s free WiFi. «Let Us Know How We Are Doing»: This number is provided: 800−287−8623 Note: All prices include tax. CBO(Cheddar, Bacon, Onion): Angus or Chicken: $ 4.99. My wife gives hers a 7⁄10. I give mine an 8⁄10. My wife described the bacon as being«cheap.» We only received a few slices, and they were long but otherwise skimpy. My Angus burger was good and somewhat thick. I liked the white cheddar cheese, and the bun was solid. Overall, we find the CBO sandwiches to be fine, «but not worth $ 4»($ 5, really). 10 Piece Chicken McNuggets($ 4.77): 8.25÷10. I initially forgot about the tangy BarBeCue sauce being kind of weak now(my wife used all of hers, but I only used about half of the sauce in my container). McDonald’s should have left it alone. Our Chicken McNuggets were nicely sized and pretty good. No complaints. Medium French Fries($ 2.16): 8.25÷10. Our fries were pretty good too. We received a number of long ones, and only a few of the fries were a tad hard at the ends. Our fries were nicely salted as well. Don’t expect the food to blow you away, but this location is more than okay.

Eating at McDonald’s for breakfast is new. Eating breakfast alone is new for me. Roll here early in the morning the with other half for some morning joe and big breakfast platter with pancakes to share. The parking lot was packed, the drive through window was moving and the inside looked comfortable on a foggy morning. We roll in together and grab a big breakfast platter with the pancakes and two cups of joe. We get our food in seconds of time and settle down. Around us are mostly seniors enjoying their food and chit chatter, the two younger people there but it was nice. The hash brown was crispy and fried to perfection, love the crunch but a tad bit too salty. The pancakes were luke warm and too mushy, they don’t give you enough syrup and butter to cover both jacks. The english muffin was a toasted crunch and the butter with some salt added good detail the flavor and throw in the sausage you just made yourself a sausage mcmuffin. The sausage was really good actually. The eggs were saggy watery not worth eating. The coffee though, ohhhhh it was just magical! They ask you how much cream and sugar you want, instead of letting you put your own in. This is a good location, quiet and very clean on the inside. There’s free wifi and bathrooms, outlets and bar stools. The service is quick and friendly. There’s a drive though so you can get in and out. Not a bad place for breakfast, even if it is McDonalds.
