Placed order online for 1245pm pick. I came to this store a little early around 1240pm, but the lady in the counter told me, «Oh you’re picking up the order that was just placed seconds ago». I have an email confirmation that they received the order at 1213pm. Here’s the picture of the lady the was in the counter in her cellphone all the time (1÷31÷16 at 1242pm) since I’m waiting for my order. Really bad customer service.

Called in to place an order for a pick up. Lady on the phone said 9 minutes, fine no problem, I got here in 15 minutes and guess what? I’m still waiting inside for my food and the place is completely empty. Standing around for over 20 minutes at this point and had I not paid already I would have just walked out. I think asking for a refund at this point would be very difficult for the employees to comprehend .Not to mention people who work here are rude and lazy as can be. Save your time and money and go to wingstop on Touhy. This place is the pits.

I stopped by here after work, since I was tired of eating Hooters wings in the area. The hot wings were definitely my favorite and the fries were also good. I would pass on the teriyaki wings (as they seemed not cooked all the way through). Took about 15 minutes to get the wings, but was worth the wait. Place was clean as we ate there. Definitely would come back or order for take out

Okay, so this location was recently open. I had previously been to one of the other locations near Harlem and north ave. I loved the food and the service there. Unfortunately I came to this new location and ordered the 10 piece Louisiana rub and original hot wings. The woman working the front told me it would be about 9 minutes. I waited about 25 minutes to get my food and the wings they gave me were extremely tiny and over cooked. Smaller than the wings at the other location. I love the flavor of the Louisiana rub so if you do go here I would recommend it. Overall the fact that I was told my wait time would be 9 minutes and it turned into 25 and the fact that the wings were extremely tiny and over cooked I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Welcome to the neighborhood, really efficient survive really fast, And friendly, phone in or via Web and app.
Really clean and professional.
Came in April 12th at 1pm.
Everyone working friendly and professional.
They were constantly cleaning front of house and making sure EVERYTHING was in order!
Looks like this will work well.
Great hours as well! !
