Wish I can give them NO stars. I ordered two pizzas for pick up over the phone and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. On the way to pick it up, they call to tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes. Wtf?! I was ready to devour the pizzas since I was starving, but of course it was the wrong pizzas! They did both of our pizzas wrong! Had to call to complain and told us that I can exchange the pizzas! So I had to drive all the way back just to exchange the pizzas and so they can fix their mistakes! I don’t understand where all of this miscommunication came from?! These people need to be retrained!

I placed an online order almost a half before they called me to verify, I missed their call because I was working and they cancelled my order… do they really expect people to stay by the phone until they decide to verify. Unbelievable.

So I ordered online so I can have the efficiency of ordering it and picking it up for my lunch break and turns out they cancelled my order without my consent. So when I arrived they said they voided the transaction. So now I have to wait be late as well as have 0 time to eat. Never again.
