Papa John’s Pizza

I know most people only take time to leave a review after something negative so I think its important to highlight a great experience with this store. I ordered from them a few weeks ago not long after moving to this area and the delivery was crazy fast. And not fast where I got my pizza and it was a sloppy undercooked mess. It was perfect. I even tipped the driver extra I was impressed. So much bad service everywhere it was honestly refreshing. So today I had a lapse in judgment and ordered 1 large pizza from the Pizza Hut right down the street. After about an hour and a half I called to check on the order and was told it would be a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes. Yes. For 1 large pizza. And then was told it was my fault for not checking the confirmation email sooner — I wouldnt have waited as long as i had allready. After getting a refund (they didnt even try to keep my business) I remembered how great Papa Johns was and called here. The guy who answered was the most cheerful, friendly person answering the phone. Haha almost unreal for customer service these days. I even stopped him during my order to say thanks… his friendly attitude and professionalism was much needed after dealing with Pizza Hut whose manager was just flat out rude. Not many people love their jobs but hey he didnt have to take it out on me I just wanted a pizza! So thanks to Papa Johns and the awesome service. I just got off the phone with them and dont even have the pizza yet but am confident that I will have my pizza shortly and it will be perfect. :)

Worst! Its a chain so I expected subpar pizza, but they took an hour and a half to deliver a small pizza and it didn’t come with any of the extra sauces they charged us for an didn’t deliver. Manager didn’t care at all when I called back about sauces“Sorry I can have a driver bring them with in the next 2 hours!” sorry i paid for them… credit me! …haha order from any mom and pop before u order here

I’ve ordered from these jokers 5 times since we moved to this side of the burg in June. can anyone tell me why it is so hard to get a cheese pizza right?
We live in a new subdivision and Pizza Hut and their clueless drivers will not deliver to our house because «it is too new»… wow. really… so Papa John’s is our only option when we are being lazy and want delivery.
I am not a big fan of the taste but my kids are so with that being said I guess I am stuck with them until something better comes along. something better please hurry!

We stopped into Papa John’s last night because we were running errands in the area and had a taste for pineapple pizza.
The shop seemed busy… buzzing with young kids working the shop (not the kind of environment I want to trust my food to) We ordered a medium pineapple pizza and paid over $ 12. It came with garlic butter dip which was the first time I had it (It was yummy) and a hot pepper (we didn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole!)
Conveyor belt pizza. Average tasting sauce, nothing too special. Compared to Domino’s, this chain falls into second place. I could have gotten 2 medium one topping pizzas at Domino’s for less money than I paid at this location!

Got lunch the other day at this papa johns, needed to make a bank deposit on my lunch break, so i called in my order. it was there when i arrived, added a 99 cent bag of middleswarth. They had a deal 6 inch 1 topping pizza & a 20 oz coke for 5.00 plus tax. it was okay, good for lunch, but that’s about it.
