Michaels

great place for lots of different hobbies and home décor. my wife does a lot of cookies and other baking and comes here often to get cookie cutters and other items. most recently we came here to get a frame for our family picture. we had look a bunch of different places and couldn’t find the size we needed. they had just what we were looking for and in a few different colors and price ranges. we will check here first from now on

We’ve been going to Michaels for a while now because it is convenient. Recently we realized that we are able to use their 40% off coupons as well as the competitors coupons at the same time for nice discounts at their store. We frequented this location more often knowing how helpful the discounts are.
It has been a few weeks since we were here and the kids and I had an art project that we needed to buy mats for. Once arriving at the counter, I handed the coupons off to the cashier who told me that we’d only be able to use one coupon per visit per day. I told her that a few months ago we were able to use Michaels AND their competitors coupons in one visit and she replied that their policy changed over the past few months and that I’d need to come back tomorrow for a second discount. I replied that I would take my business to Jo-​Ann Fabric instead and walked out of the store.
To my pleasant surprise, Jo-​Ann had the same thing I was shopping for at a fraction of the price.
On another rant,… we purchased a screen printing machine at Michaels but they don’t carry the supplies there. We were told that we’d be on their reserve list once the supplies DID arrive… it’s been 3 months and we never got a call yet! Unsatisfied? I think so!
