I go here at least once a week and love the customer service here. They have great sales and if you sign up for rewards you will get some great coupons mailed to you! Great selection of diaper bags, strollers and car seats.

Horrible.horrible. Horrible. We drove over an hour and no one knew what they were doing. Do not go there. Order online if you must.

They have an unmatched selection of baby products as one would expect from the store name, but this great selection is totally overshadowed by bad customer service and disappointing business practices.
On my most recent visit to this store, I attempted to purchase a «swaddle pod» using a 20% off coupon. The clerk would not honor my coupon because she claimed that this outfit was categorized as «bedding», which is not covered by the 20% discount. The fine-​print on the reverse side states that this coupon is not valid on 19 product categories and 25 brand names; neither «swaddle pods» nor the brand name are not mentioned. I got into an argument with this clerk and asked her to reconsider her position. She refused; I returned the product to the shelf and left the store.
As a result of bad customer service I ended up in an argument in front of strangers and I am quite upset about this. I now shop online (
) and at other local stores (Target, K-​Mart, etc) for baby products. I don’t think I can ever enter this store again.

This Babies R Us is fine if you like being ignored the whole time you’re there. I’ve been in there numerous times looking for things such as a rocker with an ottoman, a crib and other various big ticket items. The first time I went, no one asked me if they could help and I had to go to the front desk to ask if I could get assistance in the furniture department. [Mind you, I was 8 ½ months pregnant] The next time I went, I was looking for a mobile for a crib. I found one I loved and I found someone to help me. They said the one I wanted couldn’t be purchased in the store, so I had to order it online in my home. [RIDICULOUS!] And the last time I went there, I was looking for a crib. I looked around for 25 minutes without help and I finally left and found my crib elsewhere [Rockabye Baby Furniture near Hershey]. Also, be warned– If you come into the store expecting to be able to push your baby in the stroller, think again. The aisles aren’t wide enough, nor is the space in between the racks of clothing. I won’t go back to this location again.

Babys R Us has a pretty wide selection of different childrens, toddler and infant products. cribs, bedding, clothing, toys, games, wipes, diapers, feeding, etc. their formula is cheaper than Giant, Weis, CVS or Karns. They have email coupons (20% off any single item) you can sign up for and /​or coupons that you get in the mail.
Also if you look hard enough there are discounts and so forth, especially on bedding and things like that, non perishable items. I agree with kaity M. sometimes you have to wait and wait and wait, while asking for assistance with a bassinet (which they ended up being totally out of) we waited for nearly 15 minutes, there’s people walking around, but its hard to get help sometimes.
