Dental Dreams

Worst medical/​dental facility I have EVER been to. Appointments are not kept, you will always wait for at least an hour. My experience with them was as follows:
–I had a root canal (not the best customer service but it was done)
–Temporary gum/​cap put on tooth, I was told I would be called within the next few days to follow-​up and get my permanent cap on my tooth.
— No call after a month & any time I called I would be placed on hold just to be hung up on 20 minutes later.
— I lost dental insurance for a few months so I could not pay out of pocket so I waited until I received it again
— Scheduled my appt to get my tooth capped
— I go in, give them my insurance fill out all of the papers, including one stating my insurance will be billed and with my current insurance I will owe $ 0 out of pocket.
— The dentist comes back & begins numbing my gums to begin the procedure. About 6 shots of anesthetic later an assistant comes in with a clipboard and tells me I have to pay $ 300 before they begin.
— She wouldn’t explain to me why or how that was possible since when I had previously spoken to my insurance company they assured me there would be no out-​of-​pocket fees + I did sign a paper about a half an hour prior stating I had a $ 0 balance.
So I left with a numb mouth and an uncapped tooth. I haven’t received any other type of bill and it has been 2 years now. My insurance company stated they never received anything from them and there’s nothing I had to pay for.
Please be careful you’re not getting swindled out of money, it’s possible it was a mistake but they never stated it was a mistake and I didn’t feel comfortable there after that.
The woman dentist I had was super sweet however!
I just can’t get past the horrendous customer service & over-​charging of services.

Called in desperate to find an appointment for my 5 year old who had a toothache the day before leaving on vacation. The receptionist was very helpful & accommodating. I was given an appointment for that afternoon & upon arrival the waiting room was packed. There was a play area that kept my son occupied while we waited. We did wait a while but not outrageously long. My 4 stars come from our dental hygienist. She was EXCELLENT with my son. I was expecting him to put on a serious performance (as he has for teeth cleanings in the past) however, the hygienist was more than a veteran with his «type» she played him like a fiddle. My oldest is 17 so I have been doing these types of visits a while & she was hands down by far the best I have ever seen in the medical field with a child. I probably wouldn’t have become a repeat customer other than her, but we will definitely be back in 6months for his regular cleaning.

Worst place ever! I came here with a work client many years ago and it didn’t seem to bad but probably because I was getting paid to be there. My appt was at 330 and it’s now 5:15 and I just got into the exam room and had X-​rays. My exam tools are already to go on the table but no one is coming to check on me. I bet if I walked out no one would notice. All I’m getting is a basic cleaning because I finally have insurance. Going back to my old dentist.

Been to this office 3 times already and every time I am in there for 3 hours. Today was my worst experience ever taking my dad to an emergency appt. The asian male dentist was HORRIBLE! He was rude and barely understood what he was saying and kept talking to my dad in a loud and obnoxious way bcuz he didn’t understand english. NEVER going to him again!

For the most part, this office is great they take every kind of insurance which makes them popular. This is our 7^th time here between two kids, biannual check ups and cavities. There have been times where we’ve had to wait for over 45 minutes to get into our appointment. All in all, friendly staff and good dental work.
