I’m super impressed with the customer service. Billy the cse certified mechanic went above and beyond to make sure my car was good. I had my rear rotors and brakes done, Billy did a great job. Really friendly and knowledgeable… Keep up the good work guys…

Awesome crew. They did my safety inspection twice. My registration was so expired I had to go to the DMV and I got new license plates. I took them back to Kwik Kar and they put my license plates on, took my old sticker off, cleaned my windows and put my new sticker on. They are awesome. I think Richard, the woman, and the younger guy with blonde hair and braces are all exceptional employees.

Walked I and stood there for a few minutes with no one at desk. Finally a lady walks behind counter, grabs something and never even acknowledges me. I turned around and walked out!

Friend of mine left a violent relationship with her children and sought help with us. Her car broke down up the road and very helpful firefighter called the owner/​manager of this place to come see if he could help her out. They conscripted a tow truck to take the car back to the garage and my friend was told, «We’ll call you before we do anything to give you the option of having us repair it or going elsewhere.» Deal.
The next day, she was called and told the car was fixed. Confusion set in because she was never called to give the go ahead to repair it. With her very limited funds, she hoped that she could afford whatever «it» was. I drove her to the garage and after paying a $ 135 bill, she got into her car and it didn’t turn over. She got out and (thankfully I had waited) we walked in to find out exactly what it was she paid for. They told her they’d need to look at it again.
We were called the next afternoon and told that it was the cables to the battery and that it was NOW repaired. Once again, they repaired the issue without consulting her and now they tacked on a $ 75 fee. When we arrived I promptly spoke on her behalf. She was emotional because of the details surrounding her being here and was beyond stressed. I asked why, if it were fixed the first time, she had an additional charge. I won’t bore you with their lame excuses, I’ll just say, we walked out without paying for their trumped up charges.
Fast forward to yesterday. My friend is out with her kids trying to get to some resources that can help her in her situation and the car breaks down on the access road. She calls the garage for help since they are the ones who «supposedly» fixed it and the female she spoke with told her, «We’re getting ready to close, so we can’t tow it until tomorrow. Can you walk to where you have to go?» I’ll leave it at that.
Walk. In 106 degree weather. With your kids. On the side of a highway. Because we charged you for a car we didn’t fix and we’re unwilling to do right by you.
So. All that being said, I will NOT recommend them to ANYONE I know (even my enemy) and I WILL tell EVERYONE I know to avoid them like the plague. I get people have no scruples anymore. I get people couldn’t care less about taking advantage of people. But you have to be a pretty vile, evil business to take advantage of a woman in this situation. Shame on you.

Explained everything that needed to be fixed, how it affected the rest of the car, why it needed to be replaced, and how long I had left before I absolutely needed to replace it. Alsp showed me the parts on the car so I could see the damage or wear and tear. Very helpful and courteous to me. Always made me feel great. Will definitely return there in the future.

Had the open sign on and went for an oil change… Was told they were working on their last car! This place has no desire of making money… Then businesses wonder why they have to close their doors!!!

Pulled in and parked. I was told I was next in line. After 15 minutes, 3 cars pull up and are promptly seen without my car getting a second look. I had informed the employee that I had to be to work in less than an hour and he said no problem. I was in uniform (army), working on veteran’s day, and got shat on by kwik kar.

They get 5 stars because they have the best lounge chairs I have ever seen at any automotive station! Oh, and there wasn’t a wait at all for an inspection at 1pm on a Monday.
