Worse service I have ever had. Do not let these crooks fix your phone. I had Eric replace my cracked screen. He replaced it and I got it back. I had to take it back the same day because I made a phone call and the speaker was busted, so I took it back and he «fixed it» again. When I got it back the screen was barely on. I could have pulled the screen off myself so I called the manager asking for a refund and he said he would fix it for me, so I took it back again for the third time. I guess I trusted him because he was the manager but he didn’t do any better than the last guy. He told me they were having issues with the new iphone screens and there nothing he can do. Eventually my phone just crashed and I had to get a knew one. So I got screwed out of $ 100 and my phone was destroyed.
When I went to the apple store to get a knew phone one of the salesmen told me they shouldn’t have had any issues with the screens if they knew what they were doing.
