They say that they have their own mechanics shop. Ya, I’ve see it. What a joke. These guys probably cannot even get an oil change right! Monkeys!
Sales is a pit of liars & thieves! Just be super careful if you go there. Take a lawyer with you.
They got us. I am in contact with the Oregon Atty General. Will be getting my $$$ back. Too bad they already sold my trade in, I would love to have it back.

They Made It Right
This car dealership misrepresented a vehicle to us! We are not sure if it was an honest mistake or deliberate but they advertised on their website a vehicle that was a slightly different model than what it turned out to be. The ad said that the truck had a specific towing package. They confirmed that it had said towing package, by phone, before we drove from Albany to Portland to see it.
We purchased the vehicle on a Wednesday night, and late that night discovered that it was slightly different from the advertised model and did not have the towing package so we returned on Thursday, wanting to cancel the deal. Being able to tow an RV was the purpose for upgrading our truck in the first place.
At first they said only their general manager could cancel the deal and that and he was out of town. (I might add that not one person on the lot knew the full name of the general manager when I asked.) Eventually the finance manager Jeremy Bowden was very helpful. They were able to contact their general manager and got the ok to rescinded the sale. In the end we were happy and will be looking for a new truck with a towing package to pull an RV as we journey into retirement. Thank you Jeremy for making it right!

What a disappointment, I really felt like the guys who helped me where giving us a good deal and were being honest with me. Boy was I wrong. I guess I like to believe in people even if they are used car salesmen. I lost big from these guys and I would never go back, in fact I will never go to a used Car lot again ever!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I received a mailer that indicated I’d won $ 5000 and when I called to double check if that could be true, the guy on the phone indicated I had won, as long as they could verify the confirmation code. Drove all the way down there and they never even checked the code, just immediately began trying to sell me a car. When I firmly indicated I wasn’t interested, they tried to push another vacation package on me that I’d «won.»
Really deceptive advertising. I can’t imagine they shoot their customers straight anywhere else either.

So I also received a mailer from these yahoo’s. It made it seem as though I had won $ 5,000 in cash. After reading the reviews I was convinced it was a scam. I sent an email to Oregon Auto Center and received a response (IN ALL CAPS), assuring me that this is an insured mailer, There is no cost to them if I am the winner. I figured I was going to be close by today anyway, so it was worth a look to see if I won. Of course I didn’t win. There were in fact two other 5k winners there at the same time I was there. They should be ashamed of using this kind of deceptive advertising to get people in the door. They are definitely doing damage control based on the negative reviews, There was no questions and I was taken immediately taken to the wall to see if I won. I left quickly and noticed that there were more sales people than customers on a sunny Saturday. So this scam is not helping there business. If you read through all the reviews you will notice the positive reviews are nearly all 1^st time Unilocal.The negative reviews are not. This speaks volumes. I believe this dealer ship will regret using this kind of scam. But then again there are a 82^nd drive auto dealer and maybe they just don’t give a crap. In my opinion there will be no big winners. And as far as the top prize the 2007 Subaru Impreza for 29,999. You can buy a brand new WRX for less at a local Subaru dealer. So my recommendation is stay away — very far away from this dealer!

Negative stars not available… Received a flyer in the mail. Flyer had an ostensibly winning game card. I took the game card in and asked for the prize that was indicated by the game card results. The salesperson refused to let me compare the «confirmation code» on the flyer to the list of winning numbers, unless I gave personal information and details about my car.
The flyer is written in a convoluted style. To the average person, the flyer implies that one will collect the indicated prize upon confirmation of a code on the flyer. Taken as a whole, the game piece converts the flyer from ambiguous advertising to a misleading manipulation.
The salesperson had the audacity to ask me whether I intended to purchase a vehicle after he refused to let me know whether I was a winner in this no-​purchase-​necessary contest. Why would I purchase a used car from a used car dealer that uses misleading advertising and sharp business practices? And why would I enter into a contract when the salesperson is unwilling to provide straight answers?
If you purchase a vehicle from this establishment and find that you have been deceived, be sure to check out ORS 646.607, which is Oregon’s Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Also bear in mind that it has a short statute of limitations.
Caveat emptor may no longer be the law in Oregon. However, it is still an excellent life principle.
