My brakes still sqeak. I don’t have the little sticker letting me know of my oil change, how do i know they did anything at all? Oh maybe because instead of my brakes only squealing when I stop they squeal when i am driving now too. Yeah, the guys are nice, but that doesn’t fix my car.

I have always had great service here. EVEN WHEN I SHOW UP LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT.
The staff has never offered anything more than what I asked for. I am always given a quote for any additional work needed and they have speedy service techs.
When I get more than an oil change, I will update my review.

Awesome service! The guy at the desk (Nick?) was super friendly and helpful, he guided me to the right tires for my car without pressuring me into buying the most expensive ones. Patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Definitely returning to this location! Thanks again guys

I took my car here a couple of times because the battery was dying. Instead of saying they couldn’t fix it I kept getting nothing is wrong but the next time we’ll refer you to the Hyundai dealership. Battery died again today so I called them back to see about said referral and Brad thought it was a good idea to make me feel like an idiot for not using Google. I guess I’ll explain to the Hyundai dealership myself the results of their diagnostics test. Generally, nice guys but I for sure won’t be going back. I would have appreciated an «I don’t know» over false security any day.

Did alignment on my 05 odyssey today. Walk in got accepted right away, people and customer service was nice, after 1 hour i was on my way home, will come again.

I gave this place a five star review a few years ago, so they must have really gone down hill recently. These guys they’ve hired are so mean and intimidating, they should be bouncers in a busy sleazy nightclub. I had a coupon for an oil change and asked them if it could be done in about an hour. Apparently, I did something this guy didn’t like, I don’t know. It could be all my pro gay bumper stickers? Also, he insisted I come back right away and get tires and printed me out a very expensive estimate to my annoyance.
When I picked up my vehicle, he said it will overheat unless I add more coolant. I checked the level and looking at it, the level was right in the middle so I didn’t worry about it. I rode about thirty or forty minutes and it overheated. Then I discovered the radiator cap was not tightened on right, just sitting there leaking air.
I had to get it towed back home and barely made it back to their shop before it overheated again, after I put more fluid in and tightened the cap. The manager was very sweet though, and comped me some time to look over it. Then he wanted over $ 300 bucks to fix it! I called my regular mechanic and I discovered that they probably fried the water pump because of that, and the other guys charged me nearly a hundred dollars less.
With the exception of the young manager, those thugs there treated me as if I was causing all of the trouble and tried to intimidate me a lot. I should give them a star for giving me some free work and a free radiator fill and «burp», yet I wonder if it was just to get more money out of me? I don’t know, I’m just glad I got a second opinion, and also talked to a few of my mechanic friends to help me through situations like this, otherwise I would be another victim in scams like this.

In to have a low tire repaired. They don’t have any hustle out in the shop! None! Bays are full and there is no work going on. Just wandering, slowly, from car to car.
I hope I remember this next time I need tire work done. I will go to Les Schwab.

I like Firestone and Bridge stone tires. Much happier with them than Les Schwab. Love their tire service dislike their auto repairs. I changed the front CV axles in our Subaru today. Axles are identical paid $ 58.19 for each. I get a discount at the auto parts as many folks do. List price is $ 116.38 each for the NEW axles.
Firestone wants $ 143.99 for one and $ 109.99 for the other plus $ 171.00 for labor. I don’t have a problem with the labor price but was shocked at the parts and they were rebuilt/​reman. Also charging different price for the same axles?
I had a set of spare front brake rotors for my tundra turned at Firestone a while back. When I did a brake job and put them on I couldn’t drive it as the wheel was jerked out of my hands when the brake was applied. I had to put the old rotors on and take them back. One was so badly turned I was scrapped. Someone really screwed up there. It wasn’t the machine as one rotor was fine and the other bad. Not the best trained mechanics there in my opinion. I will not get my car repaired there, but will get my tires there.

Well, they were very nice to my face, but almost killing me and not apologizing can’t be forgiven.
I had 4 tires replaced 1 ½ months ago. Something just didn’t seem right afterward. The road noise was louder and there was a scraping sound sometimes, but really, what do I know.
I went in 2 weeks ago to have the alignment done.
The odd noise got louder.
Then 2 days ago, I’m driving on the freeway, going 65 MPH, and I lose total control of my car.
I coast into the left shoulder lane, which was not a safe place to be, and called 911.
The officer was astounded that nothing worse happened, because my wheel was falling off. With me being 4 months pregnant and my 3 year old in the car with me, this could have been a totally different story.
She called and had me towed back to the Firestone.
They have the audacity to claim that it’s not their fault, so someone must have done this.
I work graveyard shift, my car is parked under a security camera, so I see it all night.
When I am home, its daylight, and my car is parked in my driveway or in the garage.
So, the story they want me to believe, is that even though my car was just in their care specifically for tires, that instead of someone dropping the ball at their facility, that a random person unscrewed my lug nuts, but didn’t take anything, on two of my tires. This said random individual also left my other car alone, which is parked on the street at night.
Sorry, no one believes you, and I doubt anyone ever will.
Moral of the story, just go somewhere with better reviews, I know I should have.

I’m easy to please when it comes to car care. The new management is great and the guys here are very helpful. I’ve had my tires replaced and my car checked for a couple issues– although it’s costly, they do a great job.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. The shop manager Gerald and Charlie smoke sig right in front of my face outside of the shop. 3 times I have been there, 3 time I waited AN HOUR until my car got on the lift. unorganized. unprofessional.

Very helpful. Took care of looking over my truck to assure everything was good for free. Made me worried that they were going to try and sell me something else but cam in and said everything was fine but the alignment. Of which was my reason for being here.
