We had an appointment today to look at bridal gowns, and we were pretty disappointed. We arrived promptly at 9, and the staff was still arriving for the day so they were still turning on lights in the store as we were seated. Then the consultant handed me a large binder filled with pictures of gowns and asked what my budget was… She said she wasn’t sure of the selection but that I should just choose some from the book! We originally stated a budget of under $ 1000 that clearly turned off the staff. They said to check the book for any under the budget rather than helping us look. Eventually when they realized we were ready to leave without trying anything on (because the book only had $ 1500+ gowns) they seemed to find tons of dresses that were within our price range! Some of them were very beautiful, and even worth purchasing! However, we were concerned the customer service we received today was going to continue through the multiple fittings and overall purchase. We decided to purchase a similar gown at Love It at Sellas for a GREAT PRICE instead!

Horrific experience here. I caution all potential customers to think twice before subjecting yourselves to demeaning sales associates and the weirdest store policies I have ever encountered. You are not allowed to try on a dress by yourself in a dressing room. That’s right… you must strip down in front of a snarky sales associate and they force you to have them put the dress on you themselves. Would never, ever return. It’s too bad I couldn’t give zero stars.

I was in search of a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding and the first place I thought of was Simone’s. I didn’t have an appointment and still got excellent service. I must’ve tried on a dozen dresses before I found one that was within my price range and looked nice. I had to have the dress rush ordered and they were able to help. It came in before I expected and fit perfectly.
During my next visit I used my a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage. It was AMAZING! I would definitely go back and get another massage.

Just got married at the end of July and my dress looked AMAZING! Nichole was excellent to work with she let me try on many dresses and took the time out to make sure I had all the accessories to go with them. The dress I choose fit perfectly and was made very well, there were absolutely no problems with it the wedding day. In fact the only problem (weeks before the wedding) the clasp in the back broke and Simone’s took it back and fixed it for free. If you are getting married or going to a special event save some time and look here first guaranteed you will find something you like and that works with your price range :)
