Kennedy’s Cheesecakes

I as many others drive by every day I finally stopped it to pick up a cheesecake to take to my parents house for dinner. I assumed that they made the cheesecakes in house but this is not the case we purchased a frozen cheesecake and were given instructions to thaw for 3 hours. We left it out for 4 hours and it was still frozen! I would honestly purchase a cheesecake from shoppe rite before buying from Kennedy’s again.

I drive by this store almost everyday. I finally stopped in. I purchased a few mini cannoli’s to try and they were the best I’ve ever had. I also purchased a variety of cake slices to see which I would like for the next time I need a full cake. Loved them all! The tiramisu slice was my favorite! Very clean inside and prices were affordable.

Stopped in to get a cheesecake and try the place out. Was surprised to see they also have a full range of desserts. I tried one of their cannolis and it was amazing! One of the best I’ve ever tasted, and kind of surprising since this wasn’t your traditional Italian Bakery. The cheesecake was pretty good. I got a mixed flavored one, the only thing I didn’t like was that on the box they marked off that there was about 10 different flavored slices inside, but in reality there were maybe 4, but OK I’ll deal with that. If you are comparing the cake to Cheesecake Factory cakes, one slice is about half that size, but the flavors, filling and consistency is still pretty good. The pumpkin cheesecake was great. I believe they also had cupcakes and frozen treats. I’ll definitely be back to sample some more of their items. Also pretty decent priced, for a large cake and 2 cannoli it came to about $ 25.
