This is family owned business so i expected their prices to be higher than the big box stores. But when i shopped for a dishwasher a few years ago, i found the big stores charged for delivery and installation but Ritzman didn’t charge me, so prices were nearly the same. This year i needed a new refrigerator so i went back to them. Their selection may not be as large but they do have a good variety to choose from. And sales people are not pushy. They give you a discount if you pay cash vs credit card so of course i went that route. This brings the price down even farther. That is a good thing. Delivery and install went without a hitch and now my kitchen looks beautiful!
