I received and estimate on the amount of carpet and a date to have it installed. When the installers showed up they did not have enough carpet. This was a Friday. I was told I could not have it installed now till Wednesday, 5 days later. I took off of work, moved everything out of two rooms and found a sitter to watch the dog. Than on Monday I was called and told it could be installed that day if I called back right away. The owner is the silent partner and does not get involved in the mistakes that are made. I only spoke with sales floor employees and installers. He just lost about 7500 in business as has not made a phone call to apologize or get involved and make it right. I’m very disappointed! Was promised before the estimate I would be able to have carpet installed before Christmas and that did not happen!
