Food is good, but there are inequitable practices, e.g. being vegan, I asked to swap out sour cream and get guacamole in it’s place. Fine no problem, until I went to pay and there was a 78 cents extra charge for this. I asked if any was deducted for deleting the sour cream. Answer: no. Is there a charge to ADD sour cream to a meal? I bet there is. Why isn’t that amount deducted if you take if off? This kind of thing is unfair, rigid and archaic.

Food = Just fine. No secrets with Taco Bell. Service? Awful the last couple of times I went through the drive thru. Yesterday(Sunday 2⁄29), I was fifth in line at the drive thru at about 3PM. Placed my order and proceeded to sit there for the next 13 minutes. No cars in the line moved during that time and nobody came back over the speaker to say anything about what was going on. Ridiculous.

Likely the worst meal I have ever eaten from a Taco Bell. I’ve had bad burritos before, but I’ve never bought three items and had all three make me feel sick from smell and taste alone. I literally could not swallow the garbage they just sold me 10 minutes ago. The guy working drive thru was rude as well.

I have been to the United States about 4 weeks every year for the past 5 years and never actually tried a Taco Bell in all that time until this one. The front counter server was not the brightest spark in the shed, however the guy who was trying to assist from the drive-thru counter seemed to know his stuff. I love Mexican. We probably eat it at home & out at restaurants maybe once every fortnight. This is probably the worst load of crap that we have ever eaten before. I know that I will NEVER step foot into one of these stores again.

This weekend while in Hadley I was craving a fast food taco, so I decided to stop in at this Taco Bell. I hit up the drive-thru which was must faster that I would have imagined. The staff here was polite and they got me in and out in a flash. The food here was well made and not sloppy like other locations. In the end, it wasn’t a terrible experience and it definetly beats the Greenfield location.

The kid working the TBell drive-thru tonight was(seemingly) super high and super friendly. A+ experience.

This Taco Bell is consistently inconsistent. The waiting time in drive-thru is definitely longer than other Taco Bell locations nearby. Another issue I have is that the food is NEVER the same. I can order the same thing everyday for a month and it will be different every time.(This is just an analogy; I don’t eat fast food that often.) The inside is very clean but that’s about it for positives. With all this being said, I still come here when the craving strikes because the location is much too convenient.

When this Taco Bell opened 2 minutes from my apartment, I was the happiest girl around. What a perfect addition to a college town! I tend to stay away from fast food, but when it comes to Taco Bell, I occasionally cave in. Sometimes I just need a chalupa! But in the weeks immediately after it opened, this didn’t happen just occasionally. I found myself going on Taco Bell runs a little bit too often… I don’t think I need to go into any detail about Taco Bell’s menu. It’s the same everywhere. However, at this location in particular, the lettuce that they use on their tacos is always, always, always wilted, and it tastes off. But what can I expect, right? I mean, it is Taco Bell after all. If you want some actual Mexican food, drive 15 minutes further to Northampton.

It’s nice that there’s finally a Taco Bell back in the Hadley shopping zone, and this place is usually pretty busy showing how much Taco Bell was missed. I’d recommend the Taco Bell in Northampton over this particular one as the burritos I get here tend to be noticeably smaller on average the ones served in Northampton. But if you’re in Hadley and want some delicious Taco Bell, it definitely works.

I love Taco Bell, when I found out they were building one in the home depot parking lot, I was ecstatic. I was certain that I would be coming here alot. And I have for the most part. Being the only one in the area(I heard there is one in Northampton, never been) I assumed there would be some learning curve. There was, and the wait times in the first 5 months have been excruciating at times. It has gotten slightly better, and has been downright fast the last 2 times I visited, but I’m afraid the problem might still be lingering. I have also had some problems with them forgetting to put food in. On 3 separate occasions, they have forgotten to put an item in. Once during a very large order(understandable I guess, not okay given that they forgot a $ 3.50 Tostado) and twice forgetting to put a crunchy taco in a routine combo meal. The moral of the story: always check your bag when leaving the drive thru They make up for these shortfalls by being open fucking LATE. Its 3am on weekends, far later than the taco bells in greater boston. Even weekdays, I think its open till 2. In a town with no 24 hour dunkins, its a big plus. Overall, this T-Bell isn’t up to snuff with the established eastern MA Taco bells but is slowly getting there. Hopefully over the summer they will get their shit together so I can give them 5 stars.
