Just had my hair trimmed and styled by Jenine. shes such a sweet and talented stylist .I showed her pictures of what I desired and she was so attentive. I had previously had my balaeyage done by her… she did an amazing job im so happy with her work!!! I got my hair done for my birthday and I feel so beautiful, I got so many compliments on it as well!!! thanks so much jenine!!!

Like I said earlier I have been coming to see David for 6+ years. He is my definition of a hairdresser on fire. Every time he never disappoints. Whether I am indecisive on certain hair colors he lets me know straight up from the start on if the color will look good or not. I honestly like that about him rather than having me walk out of the salon a hot mess, he makes me walk out of the salon looking fabulous

All I’m gonna say is that I am impressed by the amazing job Sarah did on my hair. I had originally gone to a different salon and let’s just say horrible results. Sarah went above and beyond and got my hair to look exactly how I wanted it better yet she made it look even better then how I wanted it. I am in love and I’ve been getting so many compliments not only from my family and friends but strangers. Thank you Sarah you have gained a new loyal customer

My niece treated me to a cut and color 3 weeks ago. David was my styalist and it seemed he knew what he was doing. I got a blue/​gray permanent color put on my hair but 6 day as later my hair turned blonde. I have been trying to get a hold of David and or Cesar for two weeks and no one has returned my call. My niece paid $ 70 for my hair and left a generous tip. It was a waist of money! I will never go back again!

I came on Unilocal to see the reviews for this salon. It looked pretty good, it was close by & affordable. So I called and booked an appt with David. I previously had a teal ombré (that was very faded, it looked like it had a greenish tint) and was coming in to go back to a blonde ombré. David told me that his prices were a smidge more than the salon prices due to the higher quality products that he uses. Ok, that’s fine, I knew bleach was going to be involved so better quality products were necessary.
When I came in for my appt I made sure to bring pictures of what I was looking for. I wanted a ash blonde ombré. David was great to use a protectant in my hair to prevent damage from the bleach. But his technique was sooo sloppy. He talked about how he wanted to protect my hair from damage and then proceeded to TEASE (that’s pretty damaging!!) my entire head to separate the sections to bleach (rather than taking the time to weave the bleach in). He did not blend the bleach into these sections, rather he just painted it on. You can see from the pictures that there a distinct line. All of this could have also been avoided if he had toned zone of my hair properly. It was ALL just light ash blonde. There’s no transition. It just looks like I have horrible roots since my base is so dark.
David also trimmed my hair, I asked him to just cut off some dead ends (again, since we were working with bleach) I didn’t want to cut off much length.

This guys just doesn’t understand the concept of BLENDING.
I thought it was nice that he wanted to curl and style my hair after, it wasn’t until after I washed and dried my own hair that I noticed that he did this to cover the blunt cuts and harsh lines he left in my hair!
Overall, this wasn’t the worst experience. The protectant he used left my hair feeling amazing and totally undamaged by the bleach, and he was able to get the green out of my hair and to the degree of blonde I was asking for.
BUT, OHHH THE LINES.
Did I mention how during my time there he would say things about how bad he was when he got to the salon, but now he’s so much better; how he had already «checked out» and was on vacation (I was his only appt that day); how he thought my hair was going to be horrible but he actually really liked it.
Who says this to their clients?!

So I am not one that relishes in hair salons, the easier the better I always say but my coworker suggested I try getting my hair done at the salon with her girl.
My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 but didn’t get seen until 4. Not a big deal, she explained that she forgot to pencil in a young girl’s hair cut that came with her mom.
Stephanie was very nice, asked what I wanted to do with my hair. I really had no idea as I had been box coloring my hair for years. I went it with a faded out red and wanted something younger, maybe more hip. I explained to her that I was looking to keep a fresh look and was hoping to get something that wouldn’t show my roots so quickly. She immediately went to work on my hair. Aluminum all over my head, I could have picked up a tv signal with that antenna. lol
She then added some color to my already existing color, pulled off my aluminum antenna and off we went to wash my hair. She thought layers would be best for my hair and I immediately agreed, I have always loved layers and she did a spectacular job with the cut and the color. Her prices are the best you are going to find for what she does. A base color, highlights and a cut for 75.00! Crazy right? I’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and had this done. Definitely recommend her work and she has such a great personality too.

I love Ceasar. I was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago when JCPENNYS turned my hair orange. Ceasar is a genius and can fix anything. I will never go elsewhere.

Do not go to Jennine!!! She did a really crappy job on my hair. I went from a dark brown to an ombré and it looked horrible. I set an appointment for 12 and right when she was about to start with me someone stopped came up to her and she decided she’d start with them first. After waiting half an hour, she finally started on my hair. She rushed through it the whole time. Took me to the sink to rinse my hair and left me laying there for another half an hour. So unprofessional. The outcome was horrible. I hate the way my hair looks. She left it an ugly orange.
On the other hand, my god sister had her hair done by Jackie and let me tell you it’s beautiful! I will definitely be going to Jackie from now on.

Lexy: Best hair stylist I’ve met so far. I drive all the way from Fontana to get my hair done and I’m never disappointed. I brought my mom and my sister and they love her as well. So I went in with lexy and her IG photos of hair looked great only to come and leave with my hair with spots and lines. Very disappointing and she was very rude when I went back to ask to fix my hair. I asked for my money back and she only gave me half of it back. I wanted my hair blonde with brown roots and low lights. And I come out with my hair blue! Sloppy job, not even a student at a cosmetology school would leave you looking like this. Her pictures on IG aren’t what they seem. I don’t recommend her at all.

THE BEST HAIRCUT AND COLOR I have gotten in years (I’m only 24 lol) but I have trouble trusting anyone with my hair when it comes to cutting it because I love keeping my hair long.
Ernie did a great job I was nervous at first because it was my first time here, but he was a total professional ! This will be my go to spot for sure now. Everyone is so nice! And prices are fair.

First time but definitely not my last!
It had been around a year and a half ever since I last cut my hair. I always have a little bit of «hair salon anxiety» but coming to Cesar was the right choice. I wanted a simple cut and color but what I got was something so much more!
Started off bleaching my hair in order to correct the color on my original ombré. Then Cesar decided to tone down the yellow with toning conditioner. After that he chopped off around 2 – 3 inches and created beautiful layers. All that was left was to blow dry and style and it looked amazing! So happy with the outcome. Definitely going to come back. Amazing service, clean environment, and beautiful results!

Received bad haircut from Braulio I got home started crying it look like the lawnmower went over my hair uneven layers and i got chsrgef $ 250.00 I am so EXTEMELY PISSED !!! TOP IT OFF I paid for something I can’t fix till. Get paid I will never come here again !!! UNPROFESSIONALTO THE T!!! This place is great! Cesar did my ombré and his whole staff is amazing and has great customer service. They made sure I got what I wanted and always made sure I was feeling/​doing okay. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Their prices are really good too!

Ursula is an amazing hair colorist! My hair was a mess: dark brown roots, medium brown midshaft, and dark brown black ends and my hair was completely uneven in cut. She transformed my hair into healthy long layered golden brown. Shes such a friendly and patient person! 3 years ago she cut my hair and that was the last time i had a great cut until she did my hair again today. Im in love with my hair!

GRACE IS A MIRACLE WORKER!
My appt. was with Grace (who also does my mom’s hair) and she turned me into a gorgeous blonde! My hair was this brassy ugly color. She didn’t over-​bleach my hair and although I wanted to be very extreme and blonde, she kept it healthy! I have gone to many, many hair salons and I have never had it come out such a perfect blonde before. I will definitely be coming back to her again and again. I love love love my hair.
