I bought a big green egg from this place. Got a large at a killer deal and they delivered for free, set up, comes with a nest, and I offered a tip and they refused. Best service ever and I’ll go there for all my egg needs. Thanks Dawn!

For six years, we have been pleased to have The Pool & Spa House in Gresham available to us. We feel very happy to have their assistance and not only do they have the best products, at a moderate price; but also the excellent information and suggestions given to us has helped keep our pool sparkling clean and in great shape. Each time we have had questions, the instructions have been well-​given and perfect for less work and better results.
Since we are so busy and just want to be able to use our pool with it as nice as it can be, we appreciate someone else’s expertise in knowing what we need to do and how we can save our budget and time by doing it the correct way. We have found that the ability to keep our pool up has been easily done with this help.
When I walk into the store with my pool water sample, which is always done free of cost and explained in detail and a report given to me, also without charge; I receive a friendly greeting and fast service. They keep an accurate file, so can recall what I may have on hand, if I cannot remember if I purchased one before or when. All these things I appreciate and find present here always. If I should call between taking in pool samples and describe my concern or doubt in what to to do next, they are so kind to help me even on the phone. There are several of us keeping up our pool, so it is helpful that the Pool and Spa Place keeps us all in line so we are doing it right!
I feel very fortunate to have a great business like this. My family enjoys and appreciates what we learn at the Pool Schools held there and they feed us too! We meet other pool owners and learn ideas from them. The schools also provide the latest ideas and preventative measures to make the pool a successful venture for our family.

This place is a joke, run by incompetent lying floosies. Even though this is Oregon, there are other, BETTER, options for you to choose from. Steer clear of these turkeys.

We are new to the hot tub world and the chemical balance and different products can really be difficult and confusing. This place took a lot of the guess work out of it and tested my water with what looks like a advanced chemistry lab. They then gave us a print out with easy to follow instructions which was very helpful.
I would highly recommend them to anybody who is just starting out of just needs some help.
Oh, and they have great prices on wood pellets for my smoker too!

Hot tub baby!
This is the place I go to for those supplies that make the hot tub a better experience. I can find my chemicals that I need to achieve the right alkaline/​PH levels in the water. I then add them to my hot and bubbling cauldron. That’s hot tub talk for not burning your skin off.
They’ve got all the products available here. They are very reasonably priced and folks are friendly.
This business has been around for a number of years which suggests they must be doing something right.
And on that note, let me put my toe in the water and test it out!
