I basically love the fact this location is down the street for me, especially whenever I need some RETAIL THERAPY and don’t want to drive out to the mall. I was in earlier this evening, after checking out the current inventory, I made my way to the sale section– which is my fav spot — I love to shop and love it even MORE if I can get it at a discounted price, I usually only stop by whenever the store is having half off the whole store or sales section is 50 percent or more. I don’t like to pay full retail price if I don’t have to. Btw I was greeted as I walked in and at a certain point during my time there I had found wayyyy more clothes to tried on and the sales person did ask if I wanted a room started. I didn’t buy up the whole store but I did however left satisfied this evening with a new cardigan.

I usually love this store, but they were really off yesterday. No one helped me with a fitting room, or checked on me while I was trying things on. No connection at all, so I left without buying anything.

I went to the loft yesterday and was browsing because I was looking for a sweater. Well as I got to the back in Petite women, the sales associate came back there but she didn’t ask me if I needed help. She pretended to not see me but as soon as someone else came, she offered them help!!! REALLY?! So what did I do, well I walked out because that is just rude! Have some better customer service because everyone should be offered help. Don’t pick and choose!

I love this Ann Taylor Loft. I try to stop every time I am on my way back to Hood River from Portland. They have a good variety and there is always a sale going on. A girl loves a sale.
