Amy’s Hallmark Shop

I have to say that I am glad to be the first one leaving a review for this hallmark store, because I did not want it to be lost in pages and pages of other reviews.
Last night by cousins 4 week old baby died. As you can imagine this is a very sad and tragic event for our family. Sadly, this happened to another family member earlier this year and when I went to hallmark to get her a card I found the Angel of Mine figurines. I sent her one and she loved it. So this time around I thought I would see if Angel of Mine had a memory box. I called the store and when I asked about the memory box, which is often used when a child dies, I was told that they were having an event and promptly hung up on! I Called back to talk to the manager, told her what happened and she didn’t seem to care. I am sure they are busy with their event but they could have taken a second to tell me they were sorry and that they would have to check and call me later. I will NEVER be in this store again except to look the manager and the other rude woman in the face and tell them I wanted that memory box because a 4 week old baby died.
