Service isnt my complaint. But after researching on line for a specific item, I found it wasnt available at the usual retailers near me. Called Ferguson and was told they had the item in stock. Arrived a while later and the counter help remembered my call and took me to the part. Upon checking out, I found that they were charging me about $ 23 over msrp., for what should have been a $ 35 item. I don’t like being gouged and they clearly did that.

This place is the worst. Unless you are a known good ol boy plumber who had always gone there they will tax you worse than any other place. Plus, their service will be terrible as they let others they know cut in front of you. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or lowes. They will even deliver it and take more forms of payments.
