Threatened with force by the pharmacicist due to the fact I pointed out to him that the store is going out of business. The guy even had the balls to walk out from behind the counter, but when asked to step outside he declined.
Overall, they are very threatened by customers. Especially customers that know what they are talking about. It’s noon and I have already done over 2.5K in sales, individualually, this store hasn’t seen a day of 2.5K of sales in a long ass time if ever! It saddens me that I was threatened here, if they thought I was a threat they would have called the police, right?

On the upside, I did receive two phone calls from people who seemed genuinely concerned about my experience. They offered to have us back to the store and to make it right, but I declined. I did appreciate the offer and the follow up. At least it feels like their corporate staff and store managers care about their customers’ experiences. So that’s good.

Pharmaca has been running a Groupon here and there since they opened and I finally decided to give it a shot. Some of their prices are a bit high but the employees are very helpful and knowledgable. Pharmaca has a pretty decent selection of vitamins and supplements (not quite as vast as Vitamin Cottage/​Natural Grocers) but the items stocked are pretty good. They also carry a few gift items, make up, snacks, and have a pharmacy in the back. It’s conveniently located next to Trader Joe’s on Orchard & University and I look forward to returning and sampling more of their offerings.
