We purchase a warranty with Value City for a couch. It expired but they still came to fix a broken frame, no cost! Super helpful both a the Greenwood and Castleton locations.

We needed a certain part for our seven month old electric recliner. Just walked in and a service expert knew what it was and had a replacement part, no charge (warranty). Great service!
