After posting my review, Kohl’s reached out to me. They sent me a $ 25 Kohl’s gift card for my bad experience. I did appreciate how they reached out to me, but this situation could have easily been avoided with a better return policy.

I was so confused on where to find the right button down dress shirt and vest that I needed for work and Hilary was so nice to me. She dropped her project and immediately helped point me in the right direction. She explained where to find everything, gave me a tour and even went to the trouble of finding a measuring tape to measure me so I knew what size to look for. Thank you so much Hilary!

I love the store and they have some great deals going right now. Although, everything is pretty picked over with it being the holidays. The kids working there stand in a circle and talk about how it’s annoying which department they were placed in… It’s a job, right? Smh

Kohl’s has the hook of having a perpetual sale going on, but they also have some good stuff. I go here for jeans, shirts and when the stars align and the coupons are right you can get the kitchen stocked with appliances on the cheap. They take care to keep the store neat and clean which is also very important.

I can only really speak for the men’s side of the store, but I have been with my wife when she shops in the women’s side. She seems to like it, and typically ends up buying something.
As far as the men’s side goes I actually get a good percentage of my clothes from here. They carry a good amount of button down shirts which I like and a lot of docker style pants. The smallest neck size they have is 15 ½. Which used to be a problem when I was skinnier and younger. Not so much anymore. They have a decent shoe selection.
They also seem to always be having some kind of sale, and I would wait many times until what you are looking for goes on sale. It’s just a matter of time. Otherwise things can be a bit pricey. But their sales are typically quite good.
It is typically understaffed from what I can tell, but it really hasn’t been too much of an issue seeing as I typically don’t need much help finding things around the store.
