I’ve been hopping around nail salons in Greenwich trying to find a good spot to take care of my nails. I had an appointment with Sue who was very sweet and gentle. She took her time and made sure I was happy. I definitely will come back. This place is very clean and the employees are very polite!

First time I moved to Greenwich and went there since it’s right down the road. The ladies were nice but the tech that did my nails was very pushy to do UV gel. Mind you, I was only getting a fill and I did not use UV gel before this visit at my old nail salon. I decided to do it because she kept pressuring me. Bill came to $ 70! For a fill! Next time I went there I wanted to get a pedicure as well as another fill, but told the lady I’m only doing a powder fill which was listed $ 30! I’m not one to complain about prices at all however once I was finished my total was $ 60 for a fill again! The nail tech told me color is separate which she did not have listed nor told me before hand. My pedicure was normal price which was fine. I signed my bill and left no tip! She looked at the bill and said no service tip? She must be the owner because she is very rude and pushy! I am such a big tipper and last time left $ 20! however I felt very ripped off! Every time I go to the nail salon they explain any extra charge. Never will I go here again!

The salon is very clean and the people are most welcoming who work here. There is no hustle, it is not loud and they really take their time doing an excellent job. I have had nothing but excellent service and a great experience at Diamond Nail. There is not a lot of hype and it’s more enjoyable and low keyed. Very sterile and clean. Easy to park behind CVS. Try it.

I could have done my nails better myself. I brought in my own opi shine polish… Not only did they charge me extra for the nail polish(that was my own) they also were under the impression I was trying to steal it when I left. The tools were not sanitized before my manicure, they were not packaged and had been taken from the manicure that was finished next to me. Lastly the actual manicure looks horrible… Like I said it looks like I painted my own nails

Where do I start. Worse mani /pedi ever(ok maybe one other was really bad). I should have stopped at the pedi. All was well until applying the polish. So uneven, so careless. Not even the second coat or top coat would cover the sloppy job. I could and have done better for free! Nails, cuticle and sides were a hatchet careless wreck. I had to yell to stop her as she never applied a base coat. Male massage extremely painful and lasted 2 days of bruising. I thought ok deep tissue; I am to blame as these people are untrained and unlicensed. Kitschy décor was fine as it keeps away the babies, divas and cellphone hacks. But unfortunately there is a reason they don’t go there and it is not the décor. Never again. One star for worse mani pedi and an extra … No I am sticking to 1 star.

Great service, all of the nail technicians are super nice and there is even a gentleman who comes around and gives you a neck massage while your nails are drying. Lots of colors to choose from and the prices are very reasonable! Great experience, only place I will go in Greenwich.

Best manicure I’ve received in 5 states. The women are pleasant, meticulous, and do a hell of a mani-pedi. The only stench emanates from are the snobby clients who patron this establishment. One of the manicurists asked a patron to excuse her bag from a pedicure station, and the lady yelled at her saying she could use another chair. Any time I’m in Connecticut, I stop in, even if Im not due! They do an awesome job.

I’ve been going here for two years now and have always had a great experience. The salon is incredibly clean and comically tacky(as most reasonably priced nail salons are). I always get a gel manicure and a pedicure here, so I have no idea about their waxing or what not. The ladies, and one young man, who have done my nails have always been very kind and do a great job. Oftentimes, they’ll do an extra third coat of color if they see it’s needed, which I really like since I don’t have to ask for it. During the manicure, someone will massage your shoulders for a good 5 – 10 minutes(depending on how busy it is) — a perk I always look forward to. If you’re nails need to dry, someone will massage your neck and shoulders for a bit while you wait. At $ 25 for a gel manicure(only Mondays thru Thursdays though), you won’t find a price anywhere near that in Greenwich — only in NYC have I ever found a gel manicure for $ 25. Down the Avenue, a gel manicure costs at least $ 50… Also, be sure to ask for a business card, on the back you can have them stamp it after each visit. Once you have 10 stamps, the next time you come you can have a free manicure or massage.

This place is clean and the price is more than reasonable. It is not luxurious, but everything is very clean, and they do the best manicure hands down. Most places rush through the manis/pedis and don’t cut enough cuticles. The ladies here are very thorough! Best kept secret in Greenwich.

I have to admit, I LOVED this place the first 50+ times I went there. In fact, I used to rave to anyone who would listen about how great it is. Here’s the rundown: the atmosphere is a complete train wreck. Its tacky, ugly, and horrendous. BUT– it’s pretty clean. Ive been to many nail salons that stink of Kim chi, this smells clean, and like… well, nail polish. All the women that work there are really really sweet. I’m sure that they put up with a lot of arrogant stuck up Greenwich… «ladies»(cough psycho femme-bots from hell, cough!). They are all of Hispanic descent. I speak a fair amount of Spanish– I have never once heard them say anything bad about any customer ever. And that says a lot because there’s been some real pieces of work in there. They also do a good job with the paint, massage, clipping, filing– whatever. All satisfactory, or even above average. So what’s the issue? The very last time I was there I went with two missions– get a pedicure and buy a gift certificate for my Mother. I work in the medical field, I wear scrubs to work. I was in my scrubs– no big deal to me that I look like a hot mess, I’m getting my nails done I’m not going on the red carpet. I don’t Cary a designer bag or have Chanel sunglasses, I’m a regular girl– but I make Good money– and I LOVE to spend it. So I’m the only person there. YES! no annoying kids, no chatty bitches on their phones– awesome! My favorite tech starts drawing the bath thing and I plop down in the chair ready to relax. Everythings great, she cuts my nails deals with my cuticles. I always get the callus treatment(it’s great!) so she puts the treatment on, wraps up my feet in the hot towel I love so much– ANDWALKSAWAY to do a full manicure for some«lady» that showed up. I was livid. 30minutes passes and I decide there’s nothing j can do– the towels(now ice cold) are on my feet, there’s no escape. She returns to finish. I just silently stewed. I was so sad! My secret pedicure spot! My sweet ladies that I really liked! What has happened?! Ready for the best part? I sat down at the drying station and the massage girl arrives. She smiles, puts her hand on my tummy and says«baby?» okay– I’m fat, I’m the first to admit. But i have never once in my lifetime been asked if I was knocked up, not one time! I nearly died and just replied, «no, yo estoy gorda» meaning– no, I’m fat. I hope she was embarrassed as I was in front of muffy and Buffy who were holding in a chuckle while across the table from me in their size two true religion jeans. Never again will I go there. It really breaks my heart too.
