Made the mistake of coming here the night before Valentine’s Day. The store was a complete nightmare. Completely packed with super rude and aggressive customers. I had one cut me off in line for the dressing room nearly running me over. I was so fed up I wanted to just leave. However, Lisa was so kind and compassionate towards me after seeing that happen that it made me decide to stay. She was very helpful and sweet and apologized on behalf of the rude girl. When I was walking out with my garments she pulled me aside to give me a little discount for all the stress I had gone through. I was shocked by her kindness and am very appreciative. It’s not even the matter of the discount, it’s the fact that she cared enough about a customer to offer. I’m still rating this store 5 stars because I’m assuming it was just a train wreck due to the holiday. Despite all of the chaos, the store was still very well organized and the employees clearly display great customer service. Thank you Lisa for rectifying a very hectic shopping experience.

I went to this location yesterday to return a perfume I had purchased. When I got home every time I would spray it, it would leak all over. When I entered the store I looked for an employee to show me where the free panties were that I had gotten a coupon for. I could not find one employee after searching for about 5 minutes. Not one person approached me either. I went to the front desk to explain that I needed to exchange the perfume. The cashier was nothing but rude and told me that it was hardly used so how could I even know if it didn’t work. Obviously it wasn’t used much because after spraying it several times and having it run all over I put it in the bag to take back. He was absolutely rude and told me it was not broken but if I had a receipt I could exchange it (which I did).
So I went and picked up a new one and went back to look for an employee to show me where the panties were. Finally she showed me and u went and stood in line. As I was standing there I sprayed the new perfume to see how it was and it leaked all over again. I grabbed a completely different scent and was annoyed to say the least. For over $ 20 you would expect the products to not leak all over you.
Once I got to a different cashier she explained that I cannot use a coupon on my phone which I have done numerous times, at this location! I explained that the coupons are sent to my house across the country and that I’ve tried to change the address and it does not work. She was so rude and short and asked the other cashier if this was allowed and he laughed and said no.
She immediately took them away and began my exchange. I asked if she could change my address and she said no.
THIS IS THE WORST VS. No one is there to greet you, no one is kind and helpful. Absolutely horrible. I will not be returning to this store. I know several district managers for VS and know this is not how the employee should act toward customers.
