Breakout Bras

Came for a friend. The sales lady was SO nice and helpful! Showed my friend what she was looking for and suggested options based on her look she was trying to achieve. It is so hard to fit when youre a larger bust size, and it is great there is a place to try them on in person and get suggestions from those who know the brands!

Bathing suit shopping can be difficult being large chested so I was thrilled to find a place designed specifically for this. When «fitted» she used her hands across my back and proceeded to bring a bathing suit with a band three sizes too small. I waited another 5 min for her to bring another that was okay but nothing spectacular. The band was tight so I asked for the next size up to see. A different style was brought out yet not in the size I requested; the manager came and told me I needed to go down a size in the band. However, I couldn’t get that size on yet they brought me multiple styles in that size. They only brought multiple styles because I had to wait 5 min each time for one to come out so I asked for more to come. The styles were not what I asked for and when I asked for a thicker band I was told they didn’t have any. I left empty handed and upset with this store. Thank you for making another bathing suit trip traumatic when it’s already hard enough finding one. I will not be back.

Best selection and prices for hard-​to-​fit sizes. I buy from Breakout Bras online since I live out of state in NYC. I have a hard-​to-​fit size and I cannot beat the selection and prices ANYWHERE.

I have dealt with Stephanie and I can’t imagine better customer service. They held off on a back order for 5 weeks while I was on vacation, per my request, and made sure they sent me the right bra size before shipping me anything. Stephanie is quick to respond, friendly, helpful and warm, and the prices here are better than anywhere else. I used to get these bras from Australia, but now no one I found beats the prices of Breakout Bras. I have only good things to say about my experience with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!!!
I used Amazon to make an online purchase, I paid expedited shipping & handling costs. I had to return this item because it was too small. I called them to ask if I would be refunded the shipping/​handling costs of the initial order. I was told yes, so I put my item into the mail. Once my refund was processed I was disappointed to see that the only refund I received was for the item only. I called them again & was told «We don’t make money on returns» & again I was denied the full refund. The customer service here is horrid! Don’t waste your hard earned money on this business. This company exploits the consumer because the state laws allow it. They use this to the full extent & will do everything they can to screw the customer! Take your business else where & report them to The Better Business Bureau for misuse of the law!
