DEFINITELYBESTPLACEFORSMALLPLATESAND A GOODDRINKINGREENVILLE. The«holyshit short ribs» are beyond perfect… Kenny is(undoubtedly) the best part of your Cazbah experience– will make you laugh, take care of you, play Great music. If you are in Greenville and you don’t go to Cazbah, you are missing out.

The atmosphere and quiet space is definitely inviting for a date or close friends night out. It takes a while to order and get your food so be prepared to wait. My scallops were cooked to perfection while the duck was much too fatty. The tapas are a little pricey in my opinion but we’re definitely tasty!

Great atmosphere. Great service. very attentive. And the food never disappoints. Lobster cigars. fried sushi roll and… the BRIE. drinks were great. Wish the had more specialty drinks… think that would bring in more people. and maybe a menu change… it’s been at least a year. But this is by far my fav relaxing place to go with a group or a date!

We love this Tapas. They have a wonderful selection and you can get an array of different tastes or stay in the same«family» and feel you have gotten everything you need. The seating isn’t the best and the bar… basically non-existent. However, don’t miss out on great food and experience here! Our daughter, from Chicago, says this beats anything there.

Best escargot in town. The hard working staff make sure you are taken care of with the great tapas style food and the drinks from the bar.

Always great service at the casbah, lobster cigars are wonderful, but the seared Tuna is my absolute favorite dish, lightly seared tuna, served with a seaweed salad, and noodles, finished with sesame seeds, and a great dipping sauce. Try the escargot too, you won’t be disappointed.

Spot on! We love the tapas! Tapa tapa! We got there and didn’t know you should have a reservation. We left our name said it could be 45min. We got a call in less than 10min that we had a table! Score! We were seated upstairs. It’s very pretty with the candles. Very magical feel. Romantical I would be lying if I could tell you every single thing we got. Honestly everything we got was really good and had tons of flavor. One of the tapas apps with shrimp has had more than like a million sold or something crazy like that! Great thing about tapas you get to try it all. I had a yummy gin fizz type drink. The cocktail menu was up to date with drinks. If you are super hungry or have a large number of people. I would suggest you call and make a reservation!

These guys have no respect. We have been waiting at the entrance for five minutes and also asked for help to waitresses. Nobody ever considered us, therefore we just left. Definitively not the right way to run a business!

Even if duck is not what immediately think of in tapas or dinner entrée, try the Chipotle Duck. It’s magnificent. Wine and beer selection will never disappoint. Full bar, too. Seared tuna and the Black and White Hummus are also recommended.

Tapas were delivered in perfect timing. Escargot is amazing. The best scallops I’ve seen in ages. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Friendly and professional service.

This is a quaint off-Main tapas restaurant. Small plates to share, or not, that come out as ready and not necessarily all at once. Not particularly crowded early(5PM) on a Saturday, we were seated quickly and placed our orders. Our server was courteous and offered a few suggestions as we looked over the menu. We ended up with the Asian Salad… abundant amount with great variety and taste. The Shrimp & The Secret Grit(shrimp & grits with the«secret ingredient» grits)… ice-cream scoop of grits, maybe six shrimp and sauce. I am a huge fan of shrimp and grits(usually) and have ordered and reviewed variations of this dish on numerous occasions. I was not awed by the«secret ingredient» in this dish… much like the«secret» tarragon Marie Barone slipped into Debra’s kitchen to foul her attempt to prepare beef bragioli. The shrimp were small, only slightly larger than Calabash style shrimp, and rubbery. We all know that means overcooked & dental floss required. The«signature» lobster cigars…(2 for $ 10) with noodles and shredded seaweed salad. First the cigars… a novel presentation & crispy good with the teriyaki dipping sauce. After first bite, I could see the lobster(not certain if it was real or surimi-real); it was pinkish. Equal amounts of lobster and cream cheese in combat, ginger, and the dipping sauce… the lobster did NOT stand out above the cream cheese and teriyaki. Extra cigars are $ 3.50. Noodles were a tasty third of a cup. Alas, the third of a cup seaweed salad… ever walked the Battery in Charleston? SMELLED the ocean at low tide? Yup… that is how my shredded seaweed tasted. Not a fan. Finally, the LUMPCRABCAKES(apologies to all SE coastal restaurants from VA to FL). Start with EQUALPARTS bread chunks and LUMPCRAB(maybe, no one will ever know)… add the remaining ingredients and press the Cuisinart PULSEBUTTON! Form into 2.5-inch cakes and fry crisp on each side… place atop very good spicy aioli & serve. If only I could have placed 2 Phillips Crab Cakes(prepared according to package directions) from my supermarket freezer atop the aioli! Then I’d have had better. One place I doubt I’ll return anytime soon.

I love tapas, and having just relocated from Manhattan, am adjusting to the slim picking in Gville. Cazbah does the trick though when the craving hits. Have been here with groups before and is a great spot to order a bunch of dishes to share with the table(request the front room if you have a party of 8 or more). We brought some friends from New York and Cali here last month and they were still raving about the food days later.…they do a great job perfecting an array of food genres. Cons: our male waiter last time was über grumpy and a number of finishes are repeated across dishes(seaweed salad/cold noodles/sauces). The food is on point, though!

Wow. I dont know if they are under new management or what. But the cazbah has been our go to place for 5 years. The food was always amazing, and they were always attentive, but not pushy or aggressive. I have to say that the last 3 times we’ve come, the service has been abysmal. The food is still amazing, but the staff is all over the place. Our orders have been wrong, if we got what we ordered at all. I had to physically go find our waiter so that I could order a drink and my main course… and getting our check was a task in and of itself. What happened???

We love coming to The Cazbah! Always excellent food and great wines. We love the Fusion Tuna; the blended flavors of lime, avocado, chiles, ginger and cilantro together with the sashimi grade diced tuna on toasted baguette slices are amazing.

This place was excellent. Had the scallops and enchiladas, but the Asian Fusion Guacamole was absolutely delicious! We «will» be back!

Just buzzed by after the theater & honestly, some of the worst food I’ve put in my mouth, EVER. On a high note, the server was very nice & efficient… NOTHISFAULT the owners are serving unidentifiable frozen stuff(Sam’s or Costco) hiding under some frozen glopp sauce. Probably a fun drink stop(we went on a Thurs. night, so hard to tell what the crowd is like) but don’t waste your time/cash on food. Better to spend your $ @7−11

This is a great place to eat. The portion sizes are small but priced just right. It gives one the opportunity to order several different dishes for the same price one would pay for one large dish elsewhere. For $ 40 we tried the Lobster fingers which were like fried wontons but w/lobster. Roasted duck seasoned perfectly. Chicken stuffed enchiladas were great. And the roasted chicken was tender and delicious! Paired with some good home made mash potatoes!

My first visit here on a rainy and lazy Sunday evening. Liked the interiors and the overall setup. We ordered the Black and White Humus with Pita along with Coffee. Next we went on to try the Lobster Cigars. Liked the preparation and taste. My Opinion: Must try.

Aside from the lack of diversity in music, it’s always a good time @ The Cazbah. Tapas portions so don’t come starving, but expect great eats. In a nutshell«Good foods, Good Vibes, Good Times.» –I say«YES» to «The Cazbah»
