This place has some of the best Thai food that I have ever had. I love coming here with friends. Great service too. The people who work there are super friendly, and very polite. The food is always served pretty quickly.

Awesome curry and soup. We eat here at least once a week and are always pleased. Very authentic and great location.

The food was horrible and the place smells. The food and general atmosphere implies a guaranteed food-born illness. Wouldn’t recommend to my enemies. Do not go here!

Absolutely horrible lunch experience– probably the worst I’ve had! We arrived at 11:45 and placed our orders as we were seated to be sure we could return to the office in a reasonable time. After receiving our water and noting how dirty the ice was, we returned it and requested water in new glasses with no ice. My companion was told her Thai Tea would be «right out.» Forty-five minutes later we had not yet received our food or our tea. We approached Marcus, who had been holding down his station at the register throughout our stay, to express our upset over the delay. His responses included«we can’t find good help,» «what do you want me to do?,» «we just fired two employees for dealing drugs out of the restaurant,» and– my personal favorite– that he «doesn’t care about [our] problem.» Fantastic. I will never return and I will be sure that everybody I know is aware of the poor service and customer service attitude at Thai 360.

AMAZING!!! I have had all of their curry dishes and cannot settle on a favorite! Try the Tom Kha soup for a mouthwatering coconut milk based soup!

I love Thai food and this place is my local favorite. Try Paradise Chicken and you won’t be disappointed… Colorful, and tasty with a just right blend of sweet and crunchy! Yum. Yum. Yum.

It’s unfortunate when a place with poor service, management, and product stays afloat due only to location. Here in Greenville, professionals and college students have little choice in food if they want Asian anything withing walking distance or the confines of a work lunch hour. Thai 360, similar to other businesses in Greenville, are keeping the doors open because there is no competition, and folks have no choice or no comparison. The food at this place is ok, but it’s not fine dining. You wait for long periods of time because the cook is slow, they are understaffed, and the waitresses are usually new. I had thier pad thai once, and it was fine. Small portions, and the man at the register has the personality of a vacuum cleaner. Honestly, I just feel upset that the awesome folks of Greenville have to accept such low standards and treatment.

I LOVE Thai food, so pretty much wherever I go, I am searching for the best local Thai place to partake in all it’s glory! On this particular day it was SUPER busy on a weekday lunch time-frame, but they really worked hard at doing their best to get our food to us quickly despite the fact they were really swamped and understaffed at that moment in time. However, when you see that the majority of workers are not of Thai descent… somehow it just seems like a bad sign that your going to get authentic Thai dishes. My feeling was mostly true, and If I had more time, and was in another part of town, I probably would have stopped somewhere else. But this was good for the location I was at. We had some standard dishes(fried rice, pad thai, garlic chicken) and all were pretty good… it hit the spot when we were really hungry(I am not sure if that’s good or bad LOL). They have a great lunch promo going with a soup of the day, a spring roll, and your entrée for 7.89…so those who are budget minded will be pleased. Portion size was below average to average I guess. I typically have another meal to take with me from my main course, but this meal I actually finished… which is rare for me. All in all it was good, and even the owner checked in on us to see if we needed anything further which was a nice touch.

Quite delicious Thai food though. We eat here frequently. Try the crispy pineapple noodle. WARNING! Shoot very low on their 1 – 20 spicy scale. I like very spicy food and I have to top out on a 5!

This is my first review and it was because I had such a bad experience here that I had to share. I ordered the crispy chicken pad Thai with calamari appetizer. Drinks came out quickly and so did the appetizer. Then it was all down hill from there. I had to beg the server to take my order and the table of 6 who came 10 min later received their food earlier. Constantly had to ask for refills. Didn’t receive food for over an hour. When I finally did get my pad Thai I was so disappointed. The taste was the worst of all the pad Thais I’ve tasted. Very sour. And not just a lime kind of sour. Chicken was okay. Probably the best part of the meal It might’ve been worth the poor service of the food had been good but it wasn’t. Plus I asked for a little extra egg on mine which It didn’t look like it made it on my place but you bet it was added onto my bill as an upcharge. Should brought my own eggs. When we finally got our checks the manager asked how was it. I said just okay and when he proceeded to ask why I told him how slow and poor service it was. He didn’t apologize nor say one more word to me. And I do want to point out that I don’t blame the server. She could use some experience on priority and efficiency but what do you expect when you have one young server working all the tables by herself on a Friday night while the manager stands behind the counter writing our bills. Do not recommend. Only reason I went here is because I was craving Thai food and Anchalee is temporarily closed Anchalee is so much better service and food!!!

Not impressed at all. I should’ve known this was a mistake as soon as I stepped foot inside-the restaurant smelled awful. I waited awkwardly to be seated as the one server on duty ignored me. After ten minutes had passed, she finally told me to sit wherever I wanted(if it was seat yourself, why couldn’t she have told me that earlier?). Once I sat down, I was ignored again for far too long so I decided to get my good to go. I know that the server was busy since she was the only one working(something the restaurant should change) but the place is small and it wasn’t crowded. She also seemed clueless about thai cuisine. When I specified that I wanted my food«Thai hot», she gave me a blank stare while I rephrased that I wanted it «very very hot». I wish I could say after all this that the food was good but it was mediocre at best. My panang curry wasn’t anything near spicy. It was barely spicier than mild. It was also very thin and overly sweet. The rice was mushy as well. the food was cheap(less than 8 dollars for entrée, soup, and spring roll) at least and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. However, I believe Anchelee Thai has the same lunch special and their food is much better(well, as long as you’re getting a vegetarian dish. The meat there isn’t great quality but that’s for another review) Thai 360 does have the advantage of being close to campus so it might’ve an ok option if you don’t want to drive to Anchelle and if you don’t have much experience with Thai food and don’t mind it being overly sweet and under spiced. If you’re used to really good thai food and/or like your food spicy you’ll be disappointed here.

I am a big fan of Thai cuisine so was excited to try this restaurant. Lunch comes with veggie soup and fried egg roll along with main dish. I had drunken noodles. The noodle was over cooked, the sauce was too sweet. Disappointed I have no plans coming back here.

Food is amazing! First time here and will definitely be coming back. When you choose your dish, you choose how spicy you want it on a scale of 1 – 20(3 is jalepeno). I got a 3 with the ginger chicken stir fry and it was perfect. My boyfriend got the same spicy level but on the drunken noodles and it tasted like a 10, but still delicious. Very reasonably priced.

Thai 360 is the best Thai food in town. The service isn’t always the best, but it’s clear to see its due to 1 – 2 waitresses waiting on the entire restaurant. The tom yum kha soup is amazing every time, and I recommend their pad see ew.

Kitchen is very slow and owner is rude. Maybe service would improve if the owner didn’t take 30 to 70 percent of server tips for himself.

Very over priced and a terrible rude owner! Ordered chili fish $ 25 and the fish was the size of my iPhone. Really bad tasting and fishy. Owner claims the fish was fine and fresh AFTER I sent it back. Never did he apologize. Ordered the sampler $ 16 it came after my fish smh and it had chicken tenders on it lol. Really chicken tenders? I would not recommend anybody to go to this restaurant it’s terrible I would never go back.

I’ve been to Thai 360 many many times over the past 2 years. It’s the only Thai food I eat in Greenville. Although the service isn’t at a level of being pampered, the food is delicious. The first few times I was so disappointed in the service I almost didn’t go back, but the food is always so great I continue to go. I’ve seen it grow over the past two years and enjoy the environment. Even if I run out of water every time I’m there. Setting service aside, you can’t beat a fast $ 7 pad Thai during your lunch hour. It’s absolutely delicious and inexpensive.

I have gone here twice and I will not go back again. The first time I went it was with a group of 4 or 6(can’t remember). I do remember it taking a while for the food but was too busy chatting to really notice how long. I thought the pad thai was very good. It was somewhat busy but not packed. Therefore, when some friends and I wanted to eat out before a concert we decided to go here. We had over an hour before we needed to leave the restaurant. WEDIDN’T GETTOEAT. We waited, with hardly any staff coming by, for over an hour. Finally, one of us got up to go to counter to ask if our food was being cooked. It was NOT. So we told them we were sorry but couldn’t wait. Had to rush to get McD’s since we had to be at concert quickly. The place was busy that night but that kind of wait is ridiculous. Also, sound familiar? Everyone else has been saying the same thing in reviews.

Didn’t know this place existed until a friend suggested we eat lunch there yesterday. While the ambiance leaves much to be desired, the food was as good as other Thai restaurants I have visited in this area. I had the Red Curry level 3 with chicken, which came to the table very quickly. The servers didn’t seem very experienced, but they were nice enough. I had a brief encounter with the owner. From that, I would say the he is quirky, but he did not come across as rude.
