Taco Bell

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to… Ordered 4 beef quesarito’s and they barely even put anything in it… Maybe a tablespoon of taco beef and rice…
Do not go here! People that work here are terrible trained at making food…

Only went there once. Ordered one order of the Cinnabon delights and instead got the Cap’n Crunch variety. Surprised they could mess up the only thing I ordered but I guess it happened.

Horrible service – only person in the store, ordered and waited fifteen minutes and they forgot I had ordered! Half of their sodas are out of order. Good food once I got it. Go to a different location.

I’ve been here several times, each with regret but I generally forgive so easily and try to give businesses more than a fair shake to see if they are consistent in being good, bad, in between or just consistently inconsistent!
This last trip to this location is going to be my last. I gave them numerous chances to break the cycle of poor food, worse service.
No paper towels in bathroom
No Sodas of any kind — they ran out of co2 for the drink machine
No sweet tea, but was told they only had sweet tea
Taco sauce was completely sticky and I had to wash it all off in the bathroom
No tomatoes, manager going to another store to get more
Numerous people trying to get in FRONT door but it stays locked
Ten minute wait for food
Rude cashier, I should have left right then… She was obviously under stress because the place was falling apart
Herd of people waiting, just like me
No music playing, shouldn’t there be?
Felt like AC was off
Grand opening sign outside was a slap in the face, given all the other issues.
Finally… Emailed corporate and never heard back from them. Consistently worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and this kind of crap is the perfect motivation for the right entrepreneur to open a competing Mexican fast food service.
