My wife and I love to grab frozen yogurt. We love to pick our flavors and toppings. Unfortunately, Sweet Frog is far from impressive.
Location is excellent, right off Woodruff Rd close to Costco. Parking is challenging in their shared lot with several other popular businesses.
The #1 issue here is yogurt flavors. They are not appealing. We have been here several times, and are never excited about anything we sample. On our last visit, we actually walked out without buying anything.
There are so many great places that get this concept right, especially in Greenville. Between the flavor selection, cashiers constantly texting on their phones, and toppings that are uncovered (g-​r-​o-​s-​s) we won’t be back.
Message to management: Cover your toppings, engage your staff, and revamp your flavors. Frozen yogurt is a destination experience.
I do not recommend Sweet Frog’s on Woodruff Rd.

My family and I love Sweet Frog, but this particular location was quite disappointing. There were several machines that were turned around and not functional, the toppings were low, the drink cooler had a meager smattering of drinks in it, and the place was DIRTY!!! The owner of this franchise needs to get it together! We won’t visit this location again. Such a disappointment!

Ummm how is anyone enjoying this place. IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES YUCK.
Came in with family I was visiting. Big space, lots of flavors and options. But I tried NOTHING because I saw a freaking roach crawl out of some of the toppings. I am from NY, that kind of stuff is gross an unacceptable. How do they have such a high rating. And I love frozen yogurt… CUPS, Pinkberry, Red Mango. You would never find such conditions in any of these stores. Someone needs to figure out how to clean cause now I see someone else had this problem.

I wish you could give a place 0 stars. I am horrified, I watched a cockroach crawl from the toppings bar into the wall. I have filed a complaint with DHEC, that was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my entire life, I ate from that toppings bar. This place needs to be scrubbed down.

Good family environment. Plenty of room for large groups. Big parking lot. 27 yogurt flavors.

I am very partial to this kind of business (you can probably tell from my other reviews). This one didn’t wow me and I can’t put my finger on it. Half the machines weren’t in use when i was there, they had a fair selection. The toppings were hard to get to (sneeze guard good but I felt like I was working with radiation. I am not sure how the price compares but it was fairly expensive. Didn’t get much for $ 5. The staff was nice, greeted me on the way in but that was the extent. I do not think they have a freaquent customer program.
This place isn’t bad, it just didn’t wow me or stand up others in Greenville. 3 stars for A-​OK.

LOVE Sweet frog taste, price and especially what they stand for!!! The only place I eat fro yo in the area!

Good froyo and the toppings were fresh, though the bananas looked a little tired. Service was fine and price was pretty similar to other places in the same vein.
Upon entering, I was met with gospel music. Maybe I’m the only one, but I’m put off by such things. I didn’t know this up front, but according to their website, «The F.R.O.G. in sweetFrog stands for Fully Rely On God.» I am a nonbeliever and I will probably not patronize this business again because of their agenda.
