A client of mine had a large golf tournament today, and someone forgot to get gift cards to put in prize packs. I made a mad dash to this Golfsmith location and bought a dozen or so gift cards of varying amounts.
The cashier was friendly and helpful as she loaded the gift cards. I’m not a golfer, but I enjoyed my time in this location today!

My first visit to this store will also be my last.
We received very poor customer service at this location, which in my case meant NO customer service. We were in the store for nearly 30 minutes, and not a single employee offered to help us. There were obviously plenty of employees working in the store, but they seemed to be more interested in chatting than helping customers. I won’t be visiting this location again.
