Sweet kids, but they make bad coffee. Third time I’ve ordered a frappé. Third time I get melted, gross, watered down coffee water with whipped cream on top. This time I got my money back, but next time I’ll just go to Due South.

I know I have this location 5 stars several years ago, but I have to down grade it now. Most of the staff has been replaced and now the Store Manager (Titus) is gone. AND IT SHOWS!
Lackluster customer service. Incorrect order fulfillment. Leaks at the counter area where you pick up your order. Dirty bathroom. This location has seriously taken a terrible turn.
Not sure I will be visiting a Starbucks in Greenville for a while. This one the only location that got it correct every time. Very sad to see the customer service fall off the cliff.
Area/​District Manager — please find a Store Manager that can/​will bring this store back from the brink of disaster.

The whole point of using the drive thru is so that I don’t have to get out of the car with 2 small children (which is what makes the caffeine necessary). After waiting 8 minutes in the drive thru for my drink only to pull away and realize the order was wrong… Makes me wanna hop the fence to liquid highway next door. I wish I could say this doesn’t happen all the time. This isn’t even the first time in a month.
Maybe it’s time to turn my gold card in…

Worst cup of coffee I have had in over a year. I go to starbucks usually 3 – 4 times a week and get the same exact thing every time. I can tell that freshly frothed milk was NOT used for my drink. It was clearly leftover from a previous drink. Add to that the drive through line took twice as long as usual. TERRIBLE experience. I will go to a different starbucks from now on.

I love Starbucks, they get 5 stars. However this location receives only one. I always get my ice coffee the same way, except at this location. When I sipped it and said it tasted off, they asked me if I had ever had it before. Yes actually I had, about 200 this year alone! They are never friendly, SLOW, and just rude most of the time.

It meets the standard expectations one has of a typical Starbucks store. It’s not overly fancy, not too pricey, fairly fast at service, and fair portions of food. The only negative thing I can say about this joint is that I wish the food menu was clearer/​more food items were listed, maybe I didn’t see it, but then again I only saw 4 – 6 actual food items (outside if pastries). On the plus side, there is plenty of outside seating when it’s nice out. All in all, if you need a quick bite or an outside sip and chill place, this is a good one.

We love going to the Starbucks it’s close to our house. The drinks are always fresh tasting in the customer service is great. My fiancé likes using the app on her phone to pay it is very convenient.

This was my first visit to this location since it’s always super crowded. I guess the key is going late in the evening. The service was fast. We had 3 drinks in our order so I was impressed! The staff is also super friendly! I can’t comment on the seating area because we ordered ours to go, but there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating from what I could see driving by.

It may be a chain, but this place really feels a little bit like home. The baristas are always friendly and rarely fail to put a smile on my face. The drinks are prepared in a timely fashion and I have yet to receive one that was not well made. The only downside is the limited space, which sometimes results in a very crowded atmosphere. Overall, great place!
