I am BLOWN AWAY by how sharp my knives are! They are better than when I bought them new. I had 2 kitchen knives done for cheaper than it would have been to replace them. There’s no way I could have gotten the razor sharp edge on my own. It is making dinner prep so much faster and easier!

I love my knives and in Josh I found someone who understands this, takes the time to know what I want, offers expert advice and treats my knives with the love and care I would, if I had the knowledge and expertise he does in making knives Razor sharp. Josh was amazing to work with I found his website about 9+ months ago. Gave him a call and spoke with him for about 45 minutes about my knives and the services he offered. He took the time to answer my questions and educate me on the geometry of knives and the difference in his sharpening methods, as compared to his competitors and the difference between my different knife styles (Traditional VS Japanese). Due to an unfortunate mishap the 1^st time I got my knives professionally sharpened (they were ruined and replaced by shop), I’ve been very leery when finding someone new. Through our talk and his website I felt comfortable with his services, but as life often does it got in the way and it took me almost a year to send my knives in. We sent in 3 Viking, 3 Shun, and a set of Kershaw kitchen shears. He emailed us when he received them. Called us with different sharpening options, and emailed us when they were sent back out. He also answered my 3 – 4 emails I had in the interim within an 8 hour period. All of the knives prior to being sent out couldn’t cut a regular sheet of printer paper. After I got them back they could all cut a piece of paper from the telephone book which is considerably thinner. Hands down the best service, I wish shipping was a little cheaper (not that he can help these cost), but I felt his prices for sharpening considering the turnaround and quality are very fair.
