The rents are cheap and the apartment itself is just okay. The management is very poor. They are not organized and they give you the run around whenever you have an issue.
I would not recommend living here if you can afford something else. The location is convenient and there is a bus nearby that goes to ECU. The appliances need updating and the carpets looked like they needed replacing when I moved in.
I have had other people who have lived there talk about how poor the management is also. There are often loud parties outside and sometimes the cops show up. There were also shootings and robberies while I lived there.
