Lakeside Place Apartments

I moved to Lakeside Place in June 2015. I love my new townhouse! Its really roomy and in a great area. The location is very close to my job and close to restraurants and grocery stores. My favorite place in my apartment is the balcony. It’s almost 4x the size of other apartment balconies. I love sitting out there after a hard day at work. Sipping a glass of wine! Enough space to put a large patio set! And the view of lake is great. To be able to sit on the balcony without getting wet is great!
If I have problem with my apartment or need something done. I just call them or send an email. The office staff is great! Kirsten knows us by name and always happy to help you! Not to leave Nikki out, she is a sweetheart too!
There soo many different breed of dogs out here. They keep the dog park really clean and they supply poop bags. (in case you run out of them).
The price is great! You will really love living here!

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half now. When we moved in it was owned by a different company and it’s only redeeming qualities were some of the staff and the above average space in the kitchen. This place has went through HUGE changes since then. I don’t feel like I’m living in the ghetto anymore. The office staff is friendly and communicates our work orders to the matience staff. The matience staff is one awesome group of men. They care about your problems and you as a person. When we were flooded out of our apartment a few months ago they did everything they could to fix everything. .for everyone in a timely manner. I can truly say I’m going to miss this community when it comes time to move on.

I’ve been a resident of Lakeside Place for now 4 months and I absolutely love living here. The staff Kristin and Nikki are great, they’re literally like family away from family. Kristin is like a big sister and Nikki is like my mother away from home. Also the maintenance staff is always on top of things, making sure that any requests are immediately taken cared of and the residence are happy with the dwelling environment.
