Bell Caledon

I have recently gone through the process of moving to an apartment and Bell Caledon is the only place in Greenville, SC that has what I needed. They were very accommodating with the terms and price for the apartment. The staff has been extremely friendly so far and I look forward to future interactions. The property itself is expansive and there is ample parking. The actual apartments are nice as well.
That is where the positives end. On initial review, my apartment looked good. However, there are enough issues to inspire my moving out. The carpet is not stretched at all. The windows are as drafty as you can find. The toilet in the hall still runs constantly after multiple complaints. The other toilet in the apartment is 10 degrees off center and was told it was a structural issue and there was nothing they could do. Not to mention the day my bathroom ceiling fell down onto the floor because of a repeated leak in the apartment above.
I expected a lot more for the price I paid but received very little. I’m looking forward to not living here any longer.
