So I go in from the hotel across the street. And I don’t wear any shoes when I’m home I never wear shoes… And they say«leave we cant serve you» with out even explaining but then I read on the door must have shoes blah blah all I wanted was a cup of coffee and a couple of donuts they are f****** lazy as heck. I come here about every month now I will never go to that krispy Kreme again.

Worst possible service in all of SC. Complete joke. Standing in lobby for five minutes and no one evens acknowledges you.

Drive thru is sooo slow. Which I don’t understand because they sell doughnuts. That are already made. That sit there, waiting to be put in a box. Perhaps there’s a facet of doughnut making that I don’t understand. Anyhoo, the doughnuts are always frickin’ delicious, so, they’ve got that going for them.

They’ve got a weird twisty drive thru, but I’d walk over glass for a hot glazed Krispy Kreme. Coffee and hot doughnuts, they do it better than anyone.

Went there the other night and the hot sign was on. The donuts were fresh, soft and hot. Very friendly, fast service and will definitely be going back.

Last time I went there I picked a box of doughnuts and on my way home, I opened the box they were rubbery and old, won’t come back to this location again.

The doughnuts at Krispy Kreme get better by the day especially when the ‘Hot’ sign is on. Nice location. Parking is an issue though drive-thru is always good.

When the Hot and Now sign is on, I expect hot doughnuts now. Not at this location. Slow! Slow! Slow! In addition to that — they are SLOW!

The 5 stars are for the worlds best donuts. 1 star for the depressed, slow and unhappy employees. Wish I could take over management and give it the happy shot this great place deserves.

I love this location! The staff is always so friendly and the«hot and now» sign is always lit. What more do you need?

24-hour Krispy Kreme was something I always took for granted when I lived in Greenville. Now, living in Charlotte, the closest store is 10 miles away and closes at 11. Bummer! But there is nothing like hitting Pleasantburg Dr. to remind me to take advantage of the opportunity to go here. I made a middle-of-the-night run the other night on an overnight trip home, partially because I wanted donuts and partially for old times sake.(I swear they taste better after midnight. Noms At Night Grade: A+.) Perfect donuts, nearby, and open all night has all the makings of the perfect place.

I was looking forward to some great donuts and dropped in after a sorority conference in Greenville. Many of the workers were so busy conversating with each other that they did not even care that a line was forming at the register. One young man came out from the group and just ignored us. Finally after waiting for 15 minutes, we were finally served. For a Saturday night, better workers need to be in placed. The glaze donuts, after all of that, had so much glazed on them that I had to scrap some off just to eat them.

This is where I take my kids as a reward for good grades. They make the doughnuts on site unlike DD so they are always VERYFRESH. The remodel job is complete and looks great!

Krispy Kreme are just about the only types of donuts that I actually like to eat, so this rating is not for the donuts themselves.(I like the chocolate glazed originals and crullers, in case you were wondering.) No, my complaint is with how damn dirty the sit-down part of this Krispy Kreme feels. The griminess of it is like the 13th stroke of a clock: It’s disconcerting its own right and casts doubt on everything that came before. I don’t really feel comfortable eating the donuts from this place if the inside of the restaurant is icky.

Three words: Hot and Now. More often than not you can get glazed doughnuts right off of the line, and they can’t be beat. It’s a good place to take the kids, too. Mine love watching the doughnuts as they’re fried and glazed.

I am really upset with the Greenville Krispy Kreme. PLEASESTOPDROWNINGTHEDOUGHNUTS. You’re ruining them. It’s not supposed to be this way. You people need to adjust the settings on the glaze machine. Please. Don’t you want five stars!!!

Doughnuts from Krispy Kreme are awesome! Go there for donughts! Do NOT go there for their Chiller drinks. I’ve tried both a flavor of the fruity and the kremey and they both, in a word, sucked. The Mocha Dream Kremey Chiller tasted as if someone but some coffee, a Krispy Kreme doughnut and a huge chunk of ice in a blender, hit blend for exactly 2 seconds and gave you the icy-chunky-results. I’m not a fan of coffee flavored ice chunks. The Orange You Glad Fruity Chiller wasn’t an improvement. Again, the blending! And to add to that the flavor was so weak that until I hit straight flavor syrup, it tasted like ice with hint of orange. So, skip the chillers, get the doughnuts!

Yummy, yummy, yummy, I got this rumble in my tummy… For Krispy Kreme Doughnuts!!! Ahhh, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts are one of my guilty pleasures. Look at the sign to see if the light is on for hot fresh donuts. This Krispy Kreme, located near the TD Convention Center and Downtown Airport, is a good sized location which also distributes doughnuts to area convenience stores and supermarkets. I saw some Krispy Kreme box trucks out back loading up on doughnuts. I love the Original Glazed doughnuts, which melt in my mouth and go very well with a hot black coffee. My other favorites are the Glazed Chocolate Cake, Glazed Crueller, and Glazed Raspberry Filled. I’ll enjoy a free sample of the Original Glazed and then I’ll order an assorted dozen and attempt to eat them all by myself for the next 2 days while cruisin’ down I-85. All that coffee and sugar overload should keep me awake for a long while!
