Typical Mexican restaurant but with some above average features that makes us choose it over others… 1. salsa bar with the best tomatillo salsa anywhere 2. The best veggie fajitas I’ve had in Greenville(has mushrooms, yellow squash, and other yummy veggies that are obviously cooked from fresh rather than frozen) 3. Above average salsa in general

One of the better Mexican establishments in the area. The place is clean, service is prompt and friendly. The food is tasty and generous. It’s not a place people are likely to rave about, but it’ a good stop for lunch or if you just want to take it easy after work and let someone else do the cooking.

Great authentic Mexican food. Nice prices and an amazing bar. They actually serve Pena Coladas in a pineapple. A little inconsistent with service and food but most of the time it’s delicious and the right waitress can make all the difference in the world. We visit at least once per week. Full bar, free salsa bar, karaōke on Friday and Saturday nights, happy hour.

The food was ok. When we got here a server had collected someone’s credit card and left it at the cash register with no one watching it. The cash register was right beside the door. There was no hostess by the door to greet customers or keep an eye on that credit card. Definitely not a smart idea. We went to the bathroom while there, and they are down a long almost pitch black hallway. The floor of the restaurant is similar to cobble stone, so if you are handicapped it is gonna be hard to walk or roll your wheelchair on. My mother is in a wheelchair and we had difficulty. They have a jute box with some heavy metal songs on it. Someone played two of those songs while we were there. The other music was fine, but the jute box was WAY too loud. Will not be back.

Excellent food. Gotten takeout several times and the food was hot, service was fast and courteous, and, unlike another place down the road, my order was correct. The combinations might be cliché, but they are the best I’ve ever had. The shrimp a la Diabla was fantastic with the right amount of heat and flavor. The Mexican tacos were crammed full and had double tortillas. And the soup was huge and still hot. Highly recommended.

My new goto Mexican(Americanized) establishment on the Eastside. This place is clean and the food is very tasty and seasoned well. They have a slasa bar too which I have a weakness for and spicy means spicy. Do try the Caldo Tialpeno soup.
