Candlewood Suites Greenville

It’s been a year since I stayed here (3+months straight) that’s how phenomenal the service was here that it’s stayed with me and I compare all hotels going forward. The staff makes up for ANY flaws in the hotel. Entire staff was always ready to go above and beyond. Michael, Kim, Jim, Mark Travis, Stephanie, list goes on.
Family and I would love to go back to Greenville SC, not sure when that might happen but one thing is for sure we will be staying at Candlewood Suites.

The service here is amazing!!! Travis. Mark. Both amazing. Stephanie. Amazing. Everyone is so nice. They resolve issues (IF ANY) immediately and greet you with a smile every single time you walk in the door. It’s been a pleasure staying here!

Awesome experience. From the time we got there to the day we left we felt right at home. The gentleman at the front, Travis was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are updated and the location couldn’t be better. Good move on candlewood’s part. I will definitely be staying here again.

LOVED the updated rooms, shelving, cabinets… and a lot of storage space!!!
I was traveling in for work, and arrived VERY early in the morning, 3am to be exact. After driving for 12 hours straight, the front desk staff got us in to our rooms very fast. The next morning, the front desk had mentioned there was an error with my credit card and had to be swiped again, also they made me aware that I had received some packages. I am very very very very appreciative that the staff made it a priority to wait for me to call or later on in the day to contact me about both, given the fact that we checked in so late. I applaud the overnight/​morning staff for going above and beyond! Also, I did not like the fact that I was on the first floor facing the pool, given my work schedule, the staff was able to move me to a higher floor that same day!!! Travis was also a tremendous help. My ironing board was broken, he had a new one sent to my room. Travis was very knowledgeable about where to go sightsee, have lunch/​dinner/​drinks, as he was able to recommend spots when we came down and asked. This is by far the best service I have seen from Candlewood and any other hotels that I have stayed at. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!!

This is my first trip to Greenville and first stay at a Candlewood Suites. Great staff and updated amenities! I love the shelves in the bathroom, so I can put my things on it, instead of crowding the sink area! This location is off Woodruff Rd, which has so many places to eat and shop (a main drag).
Great way to start off my first day of Spring! I will definitely return, whenever I’m in the area. I’ve only been the room for 4 hrs and can tell that I’m going to enjoy my stay!
