First time eating at this local joint and it is quite the delicacy. First of all the location is super convenient. Next the preparation time was pretty swift (10 minutes). If I had to use one word to describe it: DANK.

I’ve ordered campus calzones way too many time to count. It always tastes amazing! They give you a lot of choices of side sauces that are free to add to your order which is great! Delivery takes kind of long, especially on busy nights like Thursday-Saturday’s. But I don’t even mind because of how good these calzones are! I highly recommend campus calzones!

It’s not the best calzone you’ll ever have but its really good and the prices are awesome. I would suggest adding extra cheese in your calzone I never seem to get enough if I don’t, it may just be me though. I’ve ordered it many many times and only had one occurrence when I had to wait for 45 – 60 minutes for food. Order the apple dessert it is soooooooo good.

I’ve had these numerous times, both soberly and after consuming an abundance of adult beverages. Good stuff, basic stuff, but well done for what it is. They’re not trying to be pretentious here, it’s essentially an inverted pizza for cryin’ out loud.
You MUST ask to get your calzone with Marinara sauce BAKED INSIDE. This will make a would of difference. Baking the sauce inside is an entirely different experience than just dipping the calzone in sauce itself. Basically, do it.
My usual order is the take 5 and I get these 5 ingredients: breaded chicken, hamburger, ricotta, pesto, and marinara baked in. It’s seriously addictive and amazing and I want one right now.
Also, they are open later than any other delivery place in greenville! Until 4am some nights!

I have only had calzones delivered so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. Really though, if someone offers to bring food to my front door, why would ever go into their establishment? I think their calzones are very tasty. The bread tastes fresh and the ingredients have always been delicious. Their deliveries are usually within the quoted time and food is still hot. I regularly order from them and will continue to do so for hot, tasty calzones delivered right to my front door!

I was excited when I saw Campus Calzone open up. I love calzones in general — it’s full of cheese and meat… whats not to love? However, this calzone place uses the regular pita bread that you can buy at walmart. One of the best parts of the calzone is the grilled flatbread. Even I could throw some cheese and meat into a pita bread and heat it up. If you are going to be a place specially dedicated to calzones, you gotta do it right.

Extremely upset because I spoke to an employee about 20 minutes ago and said if the app Unilocal said I lived 4.8 miles away and they deliver up to 5 miles away I just called back to place my order and the lady I talked to said that she would have to check with her manager and get back with me he doesn’t come in until 4 o’clock and it’s now 1:01 pm. When I was in the store the manager told me that he would deliver out to ram’s horn road., and it would not be a problem! But now the issue is that we live too far away and according to them we live 6.5 miles away and they say we too live for. And the store just called me back and told me if its over 5 miles away on whatever app they are using or GPS then they cannot deliver. But remember now I was told by the manager and himself that he would deliver to us when we ordered in store and the app Unilocal is telling me that I live for4. 8 miles away so you tell me. But yet my brother in law order about 6 months ago and he lives directly behind me and they delivered to him. Not happy at all!!! Make sure to tell everybody I know not to because it was actually damn good but I didn’t want to go get it so I’ll give my money to somebody else that will deliver!!!

We tried Campus Calzone when I was at my friend’s house for my birthday this year and it was honestly one of the better places I’ve had delivered from in Greenville, especially with the late night hours.

I have ordered from here and always had great service! Late night ordering often means I’ve been drinking. Tonight I hit pickup instead of delivery on my order. It took about an hour plus before I checked my email and realized my mistake. I called up and they quoted 30 min + on my delivery and that was fine since I figured they needed to remake my calzone, or at least heat it up. Nope. THEY SENT OUT A STONE COLD CALZONE!!! That is unacceptable! I understand I made a mistake here. It was my fault! But I have ordered from here 20+ times. I think you can at least throw it in the oven before bringing it to me!!! I should NEVER GET A COLD MEAL!!! Unacceptable! I should NEVER have to get COLD food!!! I will be telling my friends about this. I am sure this is not the first time this has happened. SHAME ON YOU! You’re open late to take care of the drinking crowd! I am pretty disappointed!

I wanted to try campus calzone for a while. It was not quite what I was expecting. I had seen pictures on facebook of their menu. I saw something that was sitting inside a small box. Hoping this was their miniature calzone, I gave it a try.
I walked in to find they had my phoned in order. We sat down as my friend ordered. One employee, who appeared to be the manager, happily texted away for the entire duration of the cooking. I can’t remember him looking up once, let alone greet us to the restaurant. I admit this type of place could be boring to work at, but texting in front of a customer is the easiest way to say, «I don’t care.»
I ordered the «Senior». The ingredients– (Sausage, mozzarella, onion, green peppers– added pepperoni) were all unevenly distributed in the calzone. The size, taste, look, and quality were all lacking. The inside of the calzone was super moist and smelled more like green peppers than anything. I attribute this to the fact that none of the vegetables were sauteed before being added to the calzone. The flavors and smells were still very raw– unfortunately the smell of nothing but green peppers doesn’t get me too hungry. The cheese was lacking
It seemed like something I could easily replicate in a kitchen oven on a thick pizza stone. For something that would normally cost me $ 7.49 plus tax (including $.50 for pepperoni), it seemed worth about half that. Also, the calzone had a disproportional amount of vegetables to meats… I found it was necessary to use every bit of the sauce because of the blandness of the contents.
I will say the cheese wasn’t too horrible, though lacking in amount… so much so that I couldn’t dip the calzone into the marinara sauce without chunks of green pepper and onion falling out. The cheese was probably the only thing that made it resemble restaurant food, yet congealed in a strange way after about an hour.
Though this particular calzone was only $ 5.50 that night, I won’t be going back anytime soon. I’d like to see some sort of garlic butter sauce and parmesan over the top of it. This tasted like a calzone concocted by someone who had only read about them in books. It was worth a try though… if not to see what a calzone shouldn’t look and taste like.

A wide variety of calzones available or you can create your own. Crust is delicious and thin. Fillings are fresh and varied. Prices are great and there is always a «calzone of the day» for $ 5. Wish this had been there when I was in school at ECU. We usually get it delivered so I don’t know what the atmosphere is like.
